My husband, I, & a friend checked into 2 different rooms. In the lobby you have to call for someone to come check you in. Then they check everyone's ID. You get key cards which is the norm. We get to our rooms. YUK! Pillows are half size of regular pillows & lumpy with foam chunks. Only 2 pillows. Pillow cases were stained, I'm not sure they were washed. I took mine off. The bed was made with a bottom sheet, top sheet, comforter, and a top sheet on top of the comforter. The sheets had oil or grease stains on them. There are no table lamps so no reading at night unless you want the ceiling light glaring. The plugin was across the room under the TV. No charging your phone by the bed. There was no coffee pot in the rooms or in the lobby. The towels were thin, strings hanging off all over, & like sandpaper. Moldy tiles in the shower. We went out to eat and had to wait a long time. We didn't get back until 11:30. Our friends key card would not work! No one in the lobby to call, no emergency number to call!! All of his items were in the motel room plus motorcycle keys! Another friend was with us that had a car and they had to drive to Longview to get a room! Horrible customer service. The maid service is crazy to have to get clean towels and bedding so we didn't try. We were there 3 nights. Plus the last night we were there we were sitting on the balcony having a drink, trying to forget everything and we observed drug deals going on and maybe prostitution in the parking lot...GROSS!
Customer Service is a scam to take your money

Horrible. Got the room key and found a clean room with beds that were like cement. Immediately returned key asking for refund. Front desk said they could not issue refund but we had to call customer service. Standing at the front desk we called customer service. A person with a strong Indian accent said he needed to verify with front desk clerk. We waited and the front desk phone never rang. He came back on our line and said it was impossible to contact the front desk and we could not receive refund until he talked with front desk. What a scam. We called the credit card and cancelled the charge. Never stay here.

The person at the desk was friendly we asked for a room with a comfortable bed. We got a comfortable bed but no a/c it didnt work and no screen on the window to open it without everyone seeing in. It was horribly hot. The girl at the desk said they would get it fixed and to just go to dinner. We should have just left like we were going to. We came back to a still hot room and no attempt to fix the a/c. It was too late at night and we were told that we still had to pay for the room if we left. I asked to speak to the someone else who could help but nobody was available until the morning. I went to get ice to help cool down and found an empty ice machine it was also not working. I opened the bathroom window over the shower and tried to go to sleep. The pocket sized pillow for the bed was too small to really use. I went to get another one and they had none. I used my clothes. In the morning I checked out and asked to speak again with someone about my stay and the girl said it was already done. I would receive a refund of 33.27. I thanked her and left. I still have not received the refund a month later but did get a text from them today stating per the OYO refund policy I would not be receiving one. Wow! It was just a ploy to get me out of the office so they could keep collecting money. Do Not Stay Here not worth it!
