Blood on Shower Towel

I will never stay at this hotel again. The room was outdated and needs a remodel, but aside from that - when showering, I discovered as I pulled took a towel off of the shelf when it opened up it was full of fresh blood stains. And not a few, these were deep red and covered the entire inside of the towel, they were about 3 inches in diameter each. When I checked out that morning I put the towel in a bag and took it down to the front desk ask spoke with Dierra. She apologized for the incident and said she would credit my Hilton Honors account to 250,000 points. I confirmed that amount with her twice. This is a serious health concern issue along with housekeeping and customer service as I have yet to receive the points as promised or any follow up.

Looks good on the outside, but not the rooms

We booked 3 rooms for our group of 10. 2 double queen rooms and a king suite that had a jacuzzi tub. Well, we arrived at check in and only one of the 3 rooms were ready. We got it and out everything in that room. We went to a royals game and then came back to the motel around 11:30 that night. Our king suite was not a suite, it was a king bed, no separate room and no jacuzzi tub. All three rooms were not cleaned very well. Toilets and showers had pubic hair all over them. Found hair on the bed as well. Carpet is so worn that you can see every seam in it. We told the person at the counter about this and they said they are full and there is nothing they can do about it and to talk to the manager in the morning. Well we did, she was zero help and didn’t really care about the matter. Told us that someone tried to call us the morning of check in about the king suite. I was working and checked my phone, I had a missed call at 2:15 pm, not in the morning like she told me. We were already on our way, she didn’t mention it at check in because she was the one you checked us in the previous day. She didn’t offer any discount as we paid for the other room, no discount for the filthy rooms. Overall she didn’t care about her job and how bad the motel is. Breakfast was another thing. They don’t have enough help or the help doesn’t care, but about everything was out all the time. They didn’t refill anything very quickly. The lady was constantly playing on her phone. We spent over $650 on 3 rooms. This motel is way over priced for the quality of the rooms, service, cleanliness and breakfast. We went to Dave and Busters at midnight after getting to our rooms. One of the workers when they saw our room card after we accidentally gave them it, told us that is probably the worst motel in the legends area. I see why, I do not recommend staying here. Beds are also very old and very uncomfortable. Have dips in them

Room smelled like wet dog. Rooms were dirty. The bathrooms were filthy. The hotel need updated amenities. It appears that the company is just letting this particular location go to the wayside. It is a shame that this location is part of the Hilton Property

The desk staff welcomed me as a diamond member, our room was ok, the ac did some odd thinks during the night either super cold or wouldn't work at all. Breakfast not good to me Close to the racetrack and food places

My reservation was messed up by front desk, was supposed to have corrected the second day - it wasn't . Staff is not trained in their system nor customer service. Hotel is old and outdated, room needs updating. Not well maintained. The breakfast bar was good and nice lady working there tried her best to make all happy, she was the shining star.
