Worst hotel ever!!!!

Reviewed 12 august, 2020

Worst hotel that i ever visit in my life, there are nothing match the picture that showed on the internet and was so shocked with the matcha green tea pool with some mushroom around, An old accommodation and dirty inside the room even worse in the bathroom full of fungus on the wood floor, the stair up to the second floor was broken and not insecure, we made booking for 2 rooms in separate booking and asked them to cancel the booking and refund, the condition was non refundable but the issue of this cancellation came from the hotel product that too bad to accept, the staff at the property asked to contact booking.com, where we booked thru, they said this can be negotiation but it’s depends on the main person who take care of the booking, as per i asked staff at the property they said the Email will go directly to their boss and they will make decision, not long after that one of our booking got rejected to refund while we’re still at the property, don’t you think it’s too mean to do that? How could we stay in that disgusted and danger hotel? now Phuket facing with the huge problem of toursim and you just make it even worst

Totally misleading

Reviewed 4 january, 2020

The only reason this place gets more than 1/5 is because the staff busted their asses to make the best out of several bad situations. The grounds: that picture you see of the pool and balconies is totally filtered. The sun might hit that pool 5-10 minutes per day. There are rooms with balconies/patios surrounding the pool, but if you’re not in one of them, you can’t use the lounges since they’re for the pool view rooms. Most of the pictures you see are not even at this location as the owners have 3 other hotels in the area. That gorgeous blue-tiled hillside pool they show? Not here. The room: we got there early and were wiped out from 22+ hours of flying and layovers. The manager was wonderful and had her housekeeper get a room ready for us, but it smelled like sewage. They did everything to remove the smell but it remained. After some quick work, the staff got us in a triple deluxe room (3 king beds). 2 of the 3 b da we’re actual kings but the third was two singles pushed together. Bathroom and shower are one and the same, as in when you are showering, you’re standing next to the toilet and spraying it as you spray yourself. Tip: be sure to move the toilet paper to the furthest corner of the counter to avoid soggy butt wipe. Oh, there IS a bidet...which bears a strange resemblance to a cheap kitchen sink spray attachment...but then I’m no bidet expert so maybe this is normal..? Despite the stellar efforts by the staff, we will never stay here again.

Not what it says on the tin

The location is pretty good, convenience stores are nearby along with some nice restaurants and the beach isn’t too far away on foot or just a 3 minute motorcycle ride. The rooms in the hotel are large and spacious some with pool access, and the hotel is surrounded by lush jungle which is very relaxing. However, there is no denying that the photos used to advertise this hotel are probably about a decade old and not at all what is promised. Broken and loose floorboards with nails sticking out, missing tiles in the pool, zero soundproofing, threadbare bed linens and towels, non-existent water pressure, etc., it’s just generally run down in every way, all except the gardens which are beautiful and home to some very adorable kittens. Although every guest we met had complained to the receptionist about their rooms not being like the booking. The saving grace of this hotel were the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful, from giving local sightseeing tips and renting us a bike to checking in with us daily to see if they could do anything to make our stay more pleasant. With some structural upkeep and a little investment on the owner’s part this could be a gem of a hotel, but as it is it’s difficult to justify the prices they charge based solely on the high level of customer service.

Very dangerous hotel! DON'T GO THERE unless u wanna get hurt !!!!

Very dangerous hotel! DON'T GO THERE unless u wanna get hurt !!!! My feet got cut by a broken tile in the swimming pool. There was so much blood I almost fainted. I got 5 stitches in a nearby clinic with a big medical bill. But they don't want to cover it. Their boss SHINJI on the phone says it was my responsibility. I HOPE HIM GO TO HEL! We got all the evidence including the video and photos but he just doesn't give a s about hotel guests‘ safety. (FLOOR NAILS exposed on the wood floor everywhere, stairways falling off, broken tiles in the swimming pool ) By the time we left, there were still many people including children swimming in that dangerous pool. They didn't even warn them. I would burn this place if I could. Wouldn't be surprised if worse things happen there.

Great price but...

Reviewed 29 september, 2019

The location isn't bad (10 min drive to beach, 5 min walk to 7-Eleven, and also good food close by.) You have to love the price! And the staff frienly. But the hotel does need some renovation! The walking wood planks are old, curved up, many loose. The family villa room is good (for the price, with a very simple restroom and shower) but mattress and pillows do need changing, with small ants crawling around. The garden room, however is another story. It really doesn't have a view (oh maybe 10 yards of a view then the wall). But worst is that the staff appeared to have forgotten to change the bedsheets! As the bedsheets had like strong smell on it. The room also smelled like mildew. Also, there was a constant dripping sound from the A/C outback; sounding like some one chopping wood the entire night. Lastly, if your allergic to cats, they do have several cute and active kittens on premise.
