We chose the Days Inn over Super 8, as normally the Days Inn is better. This was the worst Days Inn I have ever stayed at. It was such a pain to get into this property, why not have an entrance at the back of the hotel (it is possible, as there is a road, but they have the gate closed). The rooms are recently renovated, but not very well. The microwave had no power to it, we had to move it to use it. The plugs at the desk do not work, there is no electricity running to them. The TV is hooked up to nothing, no power or cable. The floors are not clean, my feet were completely black after walking around in the room for 30 minutes. Invest in a steam cleaner or something. We had two rooms, as my sister in law stayed in the other room. Her tv also did not work, nor did her microwave have power to it. There is no sound proofing between rooms, as we could hear the person in the next room using the bathroom. I complained at check out and was told that it was because I booked online and did not call the hotel directly. Other family stayed at the Four Point by Sheraton across from the airport for cheaper than what we paid and for a much nicer hotel. This hotel cost 200 a night and nothing worked in it.
First time to Kelowna

Didn't know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised. Outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub. Both were used in October. I would stay again if we were to go back. The breakfast had hard boiled eggs already peeled and warm. They were OK. The bacon was the typical microwave bacon. Otherwise the breakfast was good. They had pancake making machines. I didn't try that out

Very clean and tidy. Nice pool and deck with lots of deck chairs. Got a great deal thru facebook. Had a complimentary breakfast. It was a little lacking in items tho. Need to keep it stocked fully with the amount of people that were there.
Covid Recovery Gouge

Its really sad how most Hotels are Price Gouging people now to recover their Covid losses. This one was really bad. Stayed September Long Weekend in a regular room. It was very busy so pool and hot tub were disgusting by 4pm. Free Breakfast ran out before closing time. Room furniture was falling apart, had to use a piece of cardboard on a closet shelf to shield close from the dirty shelf because drawers were scarce and would not open. Sink wouldn't drain. Stains on sheets, curtains and ceiling. Room was almost $400 CAD/night, VERY sad!
