Full of mold dirt and bed bugs. Your safer in your car .broken lamps no staff help no breakfast .Multiple items we're broken and or missing in the room. Staff said hotel was under construction, which I hope it was. It was down right a health hazard and nasty who allows a room to be full of mold to be slept in. Also owner has yet to contact me about this complaint.
STILL HAVE BED BUGS!!!

and although I personally did not have any details about it, they should enable access only with cards at all doors, since during my stay, the east door was free access, which represents a risk to the safety of the guests. At check in we were assigned rooms on the third floor, I think to keep us away from the remodeling of the second floor, which is fine to avoid disturbing the staff working on the remodeling.

This place is beyond terrible. We found bugs in our bed and didn't stay the night. We were told our money would be refunded for our 3 night reservation but it never was. We ended up staying at the Country Inn & Suites, less expensive, the rooms were immaculate and the service was incredible!

This "hotel" was absolutely filthy. The building looked nice from the outside, but the moment I walked in, I could tell things were going to be questionable. Tile was dirty and sticky. Carpets were stained everywhere. Piles of papers and small bags were all over the front desk. The elevator didn't have posted maintenance records or license. The hallway to my room had about 1/3 working lights. My room door was stuck, so I had to use blunt force to get the door open. Once inside, it looked like someone had at least vacuumed, but the tub was covered in thick soap scum, the ceiling was falling in tiny bits from water damage, several tiles on the floor were separated from the sub-floor, and the one working lamp had bare wires sticking out near the switch. The towels had dark stains on them (ALL of them). The beds were somehow both very firm and incredibly squishy at the same time. The "blackout curtains" were regular curtains that didn't quite meet in the middle, so someone "installed" bobby pins on them to hold them together. The easy chair had ridiculous cuts in it as if a 7 year old had a sword. There was no restaurant. The pool room smelled like a dirty diaper, and the hot tub looked like ground zero for some sort of new Covid strain. The shower head was laughably low on the shower wall, and wouldn't stay put. There was mold all over the basket in the coffee maker. The people in the room above mine were obviously recording an adult film while I was there. I could hear the adult activity plain as day (along with furniture being moved back into place afterward), but then also saw video equipment being loaded into a truck after the noises stopped. When I complained to a manager about the noise and the clientele, they told me to mind my own business. Nice. The second night, I checked the door lock 3 times before turning off the light. This is not a hotel that people want to stay at. It's a hotel that people HAVE to stay at. Places like priceline keep them in business because they state it's a 3 star hotel. It's NOT a 3 star hotel. It's a hobo hotel. Don't stay here. Just don't stay here. I'm not picky. I'm not hard to please. I just don't want to contract Hep C from a place I paid $80 (at a supposed 50% rate) for. Shame on that garbage.
