Kimpton FITCH LODGE

Kimpton Fitch Lodge was really affordable at the same time provided some great amenities. The room was super clean and the location was relatively quiet and peaceful. No complaints from me, 10/10 would stay again!

We booked our stay at Kimpton Fitch Lodge to be in walking distance to Duvall St. It didn't disappoint. While the rooms were small they made the most of the space. We weren't there to stay in the room but rather take in Key West. All staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed in the resort fee as the amount is more than the amenities they have to offer. They need to invest in more bikes and reduce the fee some would be my only complaint. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the room are fabulous. We may order some. If your looking for affordable and close to everything with great service you can't go wrong booking here.

We have enjoyed our stay at the Fitch Lodge for a friends wedding in the Keys. The costumer service from Talia was wonderful. She made sure our check-in was smooth and that we were taken care of for our entire stay. I would recommend the Fitch Lodge for their staff and the location. Beautiful stay and relaxing, walking distance to to everything you need. The staff goes above and beyond for their costumers. Thank you Talia for making our first trip to the Keys even better. We will definitely be visiting the Fitch Lodge again!

I love Kimpton properties and was excited to stay here, but the property was just disappointing and not on par with the caliber of Kimpton properties. We started out with a room that was very dark and happily the staff was able to move us into a larger and brighter room. Unfortunately the shower in our room broke and when they "fixed" it the next day, they left us with virtually no water pressure. Not good at all. The rest of the property was just ok. The only saving grace was a deal from Kimpton now to waive the resort fee.

Arrived at kimpton Fitch lodge and much to our dismay there was no unloading zone and narry a legal parking space in the immediate vicinity. Had to park the vehicle in the municipal garage that was two long blocks away, that was $32.00 a day. We had to carry all our belongings from the garage. Our reservation said there would be but 5 steps to negotiate to our room, when in fact it was 20. Our room which we had booked on the first floor when inexplicably unavailable. The room was very small with high ceilings, yet clean. The walk in shower was thoughtfully designed. The employees were exceptionally genuinely polite and helpful. The continental breakfast muffins were fresh and tasty as were the bananas. The coffee was weak and tasted awful as it was masked by shots of expresso. Purchased a coffee maker at Publix to use in our room. The light leading down the 2nd flight of the stairs was defective, causing me to lose my footing on 2 separate occasions and it was repaired after others residents complained. Located on Eaton street which is a major tributary, one is subject to the noise of heavy traffic including the likes of truckers with 30ft trailers. Kimpton’s resort fee shows they have a sense of humor, and if they think I will rebook they’ll find I also have a sense of humor.
