Excellent Service & Value

All I would have changed is the paint colour and a few light bulbs to make the place cosy and warm, bar that, you will find it hard to beat the service you find here!
Great location, very clean, plenty of good places to eat.

Stayed here for10 nights could not have wished for better,we mailed the hotel before arrival to request a ground floor room and we get a very swift, polite and positive response. On arrival the owners could not have been more friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble, lending us a kettle and plates etc. so we could have breakfast in our room, also giving us a briefing on things to see and do in the area. They do have mountain bikes to hire at very good rates which I did for one day to have a look round the area and also scooter hire is available. The rooms are all set in one block round the pool and are large, clean and have good A.C. a fridge and safe.aswell as room towels they also supply pool/beach towels. The pool is very welcome to cool down in after a hot day and is also kept very clean. There is a 7-11 and another supermarket just over the road and also the main night market is only about 200 mtrs away and open four evenings a week with plenty of shopping and eating choices. It is located on the main road but we had no noise from it as it is set back behind the reception and cafe. One night on our return to the hotel during a power cut the owners were quick to warn us and even provided temporary lighting to make it safely to our room. The road that goes down to the beach is just opposite and about 1KM to the beach and the road is lined with shops, restaurants, tailors and massage spa"s.A very good value hotel in a great location with helpfull owners.

I was only here for breakfast. Very good scrambled egg, clean and probably best coffee (especially Café Latte) in town! Free WLAN. Staff/owner are very friendly. Can only recommend the place for breakfast.

Our accommodation was spacious and clean when we checked-in. It is located near the street/night market and walking distance to the beach which was a plus. The boss/staff was very accommodating to our request and late check-out request and recommended places to visit. Overall a pleasant stay!
Lovely two weeks with our little girls

The two weeks here with our 1- and 3-year-olds in November-December 2019 ended up being one of our nicest hotel stays ever (and we've stayed at many 5-star places). Cozy is an excellent word for this lovely hotel! First of all, the location is superb. There's breakfast until 3p.m. at the (very reasonably priced) Ruk Cozy cafe and a ton of nice restaurants nearby (we had many lunches next door at a trendy cafe/restaurant with air con). There's a 7-11 across the road and at least three massage parlours within 100 meters.
The rooms are spacious, meticulously cleaned and surprisingly quiet even though the hotel is by the main road. We stayed in a room by the pool and spent hours swimming. We often walked the 1km to the closest beach, which is perfectly nice, but also took a taxi to see Coconut and White Sands beaches. The hotel even has beach towels, if you ask for them, but they are a motley collection. It was like an advent calendar, wondering what kind of towels we would get this time. The highlight was a Swedish flag (we're from Finland).
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The manager Nid booked all our taxis and day trips, accommodating even our wishes for cars where we could use our baby seats. And when we came back "home" he was there to greet us and help with the girls and all our stuff.
This is a gem of a place and all the other guests we talked to also loved it. We will certainly be back!
