Great weekend break

First time visiting Poland in the middle of the pandemic. Very strict restrictions but I admire that they took public health seriously without affecting tourism. The hotel was amazing, great room, good food and very lovely wellness centre where I made new friends. Tip: download the ride app FREE NOW. Much cheaper than Uber.

Close to airport - only cost 29 zl taxi fare, but we did see some people walking from airport to hotel. Room was clean and well set up, bathroom clean and had basic shampoo, soap etc. Restaurant was good, breakfast was really very good - we really enjoyed it. Staff were helpful and friendly - definitely recommend staying here.

Zero customer service, lack of management accountability and room wasn't cleaned

I decided to spend my Hilton points on this hotel, which I regret now. I'd booked an airport transfer through the hotel over a month in advance. I've stayed in many hotels around the world for years and this was the first time the transfer wasn't there upon airport arrival. I tried calling the hotel four times using my own money and no-one picked up so we had to source a taxi ourselves. I booked a transfer through the hotel for safety reasons as we are two women travelling on our own. I complained at reception upon arrival to two receptionists who were unapologetic, required proof of booking, laughed on the phone when calling Concierge (DoubleTree Hilton next door do everything for them it seems) and said they would investigate why and let the Manager know (neither happened until I chased the next day). Both receptionists were utterly everything receptionists shouldn't be - blank looks, lacking empathy, zero proactive action and didn't carry out what they said they'd do. Manager although gave us a miserly £3 off our second night, took no accountability. Room was not cleaned during the day and was dusty already, for example the TV remote control was very dirty, which doesn't fill you with confidence given Covid still exists. Called down to reception and guy at the reception said he'd get housekeeping to our room. A guy came to our door with fresh towels, didn't take the old ones away and refused to clean our room as the housekeeping team had clocked off. Strange how the receptionist didn't inform us of this. More incompetency. He couldn't upgrade us out of courtesy due to the hotel being full - I highly doubt this. We regretted paying for the room earlier in the day. I asked to speak with the Manager which happened to the be the same Manager from the morning (Magdalena) who came out smirking. She said there was nothing she could do and that she'd improve the service provided. We have no faith in this being the case. Magdalena seemed to contradict herself at every turn. For example, her excuse for no-one picking up the reception phone was that the hotel was experiencing a busy period. Whenever we walked past reception, two receptionists were doing absolutely nothing. Also, she said our room hadn't been cleaned because the receptionists might have got confused thinking our room was being departed after the first night. Surely this is exactly why you'd clean a room to prepare for new guests?! On the final night we were subject to boy racers doing doughnuts in the abandoned car parks opposite. We would never stay here again, nor any other Hampton by Hilton. Zero quality matches the zero customer service and zero cleanliness.

Great staff, Spa and Food

the staff here was fantastic! i also had the best hamburger i have ever had in my life, i'm not sure what type of beef it was but it was great! they also served me one of the best greek salads i've ever had. the dressing was fantastic. because i was a diamond member i was able to use the spa for free and it was something out of a movie!

Terrible customer service

Customer service is providing false informaction regarding additional fees over the phone. Upon arrival different info is given during check-in and when we were trying to clarify the situation, reception emplpyee simply asked if we have this info given over the phone in writting... If no, then simply it never happened and they are not taking any responsibility for what they employees are telling to the guests. I suggest being very very careful if you want to book this hotel. I will never ever go back there again. I hope this was worth to charge me more than promised - to us it was really nothing big to pay, but the fact how we were treated there and in general whole "customer service" behaviour - terrible. I would never recomend this hotel to anyone, just the opposite.
