Great location

Reviewed 5 march, 2020

Location is super central and convenient. The room we got was spacious though third floor with no lift... Fine for us but di think about it if you have problem with stairs! Breakfast had a good mix of food. No pastries but always a choice of two cakes, hot food (eggs, bacon and hot dogs). Bags stored at the entrance, no safe room. Staff were extremely nice and wanting to accommodate. A 3* accommodation. Good choice for a weekend if not after luxury stay.

We slept here for 2 nights, and there was nothing to complain about! Very nice staff and nice clean rooms. Hotel is very central so you don't have to walk very far. If we come back to Krakow we will stay here again.👍👍👍👍👍

Late short break

We chose this hotel because of its position in the old town. They arranged airport pick up as we were arriving late evening very easy. The hotel is in a prime position on the Royal walk pedestrian precinct surrounded by little bars and restaurants. Lovely friendly staff, nice big clean room well appointed. Very good choice of food for breakfast and plenty of it.Discount for residents in the bar too.Would not even look at staying anywhere else in Krakow.

Just perfect

I booked this hotel via Booking.com purely based on its location and price. Having never been to Krakow before I was guided by reviews that the Old Town was a good place to be based and this hotels location couldn't have been more central. 2 min walk to the main square and you could walk as far as the Jewish Quarter in about 20 mins and the ghetto in about 40 mins. The lady on reception was so helpful and polite. Anything we asked she helped us with. She booked for us to go to Auschwitz and the Salt mines, she arranged a taxi back to the airport, she advised on opening times of places and could not have been more helpful. The room was plenty big enough with the usual facilities like wifi, tv and hairdryer. It was clean and had air con. The included breakfast was lovely and all the staff were so polite. You don't need to pay a fortune for a fancy hotel that you spend little time in when you could stay in this reasonably price hotel that was in the most central location with the most friendly helpful staff. Just brilliant and I would recommend to anyone and I will definitely use again next time I visit Krakow

A true gem of florianska

When I first came to this hotel i was greeted by klaudia sapalska who was truly so loving and generous. I felt really at home in her country and as my stay went on I was overwhelmingly surprised by the consistency and quality of service that I received. I was truly spoilt by the many dishes served at breakfast and dinner. And saved alot of money by the amazing 10% discount offered to all guests. I also love the colourful and welcoming display that klaudia herself sets up and touches up as your going about your stay. It shows that she is a manager that cares and imposes the same quality upon her team. The rooms themselves for the price are the best in poland with big bathrooms and quality sheets. In closing I can truly recommend this amazing hotel to anyone with any sort of budget. Book it today and you wont be disappointed.
