Mucho han desmejorado las camas.!!

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos aquí, esta vez por 4 noches.
El servicio frío, pero correcto como siempre, ya acostumbrados.
Habitaciones excelentes en espacio y limpieza, la cama muy blanda y al pasar tantos días afecta la espalda, nos quedamos en otra cadena en Houston para probar y nos gusto más la cama por lo que creo cambiaremos.
Siguen con un canal en español, y tan fácil es tener 2 o 3 , no cuesta nada y ganan mucho.
Not very pet friendly, not a good value.

I loved my room, but I'm dissapointed in my stay. The room was nice enough. But I could hear ever other room around me. Upon arrival, AFTER he checked us in, my partner was told of an extra, non refundable $75 pet fee would be charged. Ok. We arrived with a small, 12 year old service dog to a double combat veteran. There was absolutely no place to even take him to the bathroom or walk him. Zero pet amenities.
The included breakfast was sad. No fruit or yogurt option, nothing even remotely fresh. When I went to the lobby, a group of about 8 guests were hanging out working, 2 employees, and NO ONE (beside myself) had a mask on.
The snow arrived 2 days ago and the parking lot was a mess. No one even thought to clear the fire hydrant. Very dissapointed in spending almost $200 for a 12 hour stay.

It's been awhile since I've stayed at a Residence Inn, although I've stayed in several around the country over the years. Many have gotten worn out and dated, but this new design is great. We had (2) rooms, a King one bedroom and a 2-queen studio. Both were huge, clean and modern. Worked out great. Will stay here again for sure when visiting Purdue.

We are in the midst of a pandemic!
Cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority.
The rooms are dusty! There is a visible layer of dust on carpet and furniture.
There is Pink mold in bathroom!
Just not acceptable, especially from Marriott.

We would like to recognize Tina for going above and beyond to help us feel safe and comfortable during our recent stay at the Residence Inn on Wednesday, 3/17/20. I have a health condition that requires us to travel to Lafayette for medical attention. We were very concerned with the virus outbreak that our room was completely sanitized. When we explained this to Tina Lane she immediately went up and personally cleaned the room a second time to insure we would not have any. She never even hesitated. She is a very dedicated employee which are hard to find today. The Residence Inn at Lafayette, IN strives to serve their customers. Thank you for holding up the Marriott high standard of service.
