Me quede una noche por un viaje de negocios, y Marriott me pareció una buena opción, en un principio el hotel luce bien, pero hay pequeños detalles, que lo acaban, necesita mejorar su limpieza, es horrible, el baño está supremamente sucio, y en general hay una falta de detalle en el aseo, que es predecible en otras marcas, pero no en Marriott

todo muy bien, recámaras, estacionamiento gratuito, junto a mini centro comercial y súper, limpio y con buena atención.
no queda cerca de las atracciones turísticas, aunque si son varios los que van a trasladarse a veces el hotel los lleva con su camioneta

Stayed at this hotel for the week to attend a baseball tournament in Sanford. The hotel was modern and well maintenance. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were super comfortable. The entire hotel staff was so pleasant and accommodating especially when I had to ask for extra keys more than once. Lol. Outstanding customer service. And the cost of stay was reasonable! I have no complaints about this hotel/staff! I highly recommend.

Recently updated hotel. Rooms are very nice with new comfort features. Love the lounge chait. Mini fridge in room. Bathroom was nice size with walk in shower. Great fixed shower head with hand held option. Great views from 6th floor.
Will stay again.

Thank you Marriott for taking advantage of these difficult times in order to make a profit. For some unknown reason, this Marriott has decided that they do not need to clean the rooms any more...or at least until checkout. We stayed here for 4 nights...we were out all day helping our daughter move, and just wanted a nice clean room to come back to. We begged and begged the front desk but to no avail. We were told that the housekeeping staff has been drastically reduced. Why? Who knows? One would think that in the middle of a pandemic, there would be extra employees on staff in order to help keep things sanitized.
After lots of begging and pleading, they finally agreed to clean the room once....on the day before we left. Mind you, our nightly room rate was not at all reduced for this lack of essential service. Nor did it matter that I have been a Marriott Rewards member for at least the past 30 years.
It’s amazing to me how they can charge the rates that they do without providing essential cleaning services. Am I the only one who doesn’t want to live with empty pizza boxes and wet towels on the floor while away from home for 4 days?
As far as I’m concerned, this hotel would be just average on a good day.....but because of the “cleaning” policy, or lack thereof, it has plummeted to “poor”. It is a complete mystery to me how this Marriott gets away with charging these exorbitant rates with nothing at all to substantiate them.
