Bed Comfortable but …..

Elevator not in working order, Internet down, Ice Machine on 2nd Floor not working, bags of garbage surrounding ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor. Breakfast….. waffle machine not working, no orange juice.
The hotel met my basic needs for the nice a clean room and a comfortable bed.
Thank god the front desk clerk (Sun Nite 6/27) was able to get me the information I needed.
Hotel has a great location if headed on I-20

Has everything you need. Is newer hotel so everything is fresh. Has microwave 2 burner stove, full refrigerator, dishes, cups, etc. They have a decent breakfast in the morning with eggs, waffles,cereal, sausage, and more. Staff was friendly and even has a little store inside. Can't think of anything else you would need in a hotel. Not a luxury hotel but comfortable and functional would stay again is always my best review.

I was on my way back to Austin and the rain was so bad. So took a chance on this Hotel. What a lovely surprise. The Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Took less than 5 minutes to check in. The property is in just opened condition, with such care taken to make it like home. Give a try, you will be so glad you did.

My visits in Lancaster are always wonderful. Not to mention, the cleaniness of the rooms,breaksfast is always served freshly, refreshing pool area, polite staff one in particular name is Joseph; very helpful.
Group Coordinator was not professional.

At this location we signed a contract to have our wedding guest get a discount for them if we rented 10 rooms we get a complimentary night stay for our honeymoon after our wedding. We were told 4 days prior that we had all 14 rooms rented out. We were happy. The wedding night we were turned AWAY!! We was devastated! No where to go on our wedding night. This Mainstay sleep inn had told my Family member that all 14 rooms were booked so “she” had to pay full price. So either they lied to her or me when we both called them. And Mrs. Gray didn’t even have the decency to call us to this day September 10 th 2019. I’ve even emailed the corporate and got one response saying they don’t get involved with each location. I’m not letting this go. My night was ruined. We were embarrassed because all our family members from out of town kept asking us, which room are you in? And we had to tell them the sad news. And we looked like fools. Telling them for months we were staying at the same location as them and we would spend time with them after the wedding at the hotel. Terrible service, someone who works there is not truthful.
