Lovely spot, great room, great breakfast & very friendly manager/owner.

Stayed for one night mid August en route to Cherbourg to get the ferry to Dublin. Family room was excellent - very clean, nice decor, en suite bathroom & a fridge. Breakfast was great too. Lovely surroundings with areas to sit outside & have a picnic with some wine. The kids loved feeding the resident goats leaves off the trees. The owner/manager was friendly, helpful and let the kids pet the goats and hens. Fully recommend & would stay again. Thankyou.
Amazing place for families

Love this place! Huge garden, big family room for 5, amazing location and spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay again. There is a boulangerie nearby so we sat in the garden with a picnic while the kids played on the trapoline and visited the goats and chickens. Heavenly.
Over night stop

Great overnight stop paid just over €100 for 3 of us in a room that could sleep 5. It was really two rooms with a shower room, but seating area and a kitchen. You could have breakfast on site if you wanted we choose not to. Lovely little village and nice grounds with lots of secure parking.
One night passing through

Pleasantly surprised by this lovely little hotel. We paid 129 euros for a quadruple room and we got lucky as it was the coldest room on site in the basement (the heatwave Europe was experiencing meant the temperature outside was 38 degrees! Wow!). When I say basement I don’t mean dingy, it was a lovely big spacious room with kitchen and bathroom. The property had plenty to do in the garden to entertain a curious seven year old - trampoline, games, ping pong and a star gazing view point. We paid an extra 8 euros each for breakfast which was the usual French continental fare - bread, jam, croissants, yoghurt and coffee - but nothing particularly special. Would visit again.
A little home away from home

This pretty old stately home, a mixture between farmhouse and maison de maître, is a mix between b&b and hotel, in the best sence. Thr intimacy of a b&b and the service level of a hotel. We had the panoramic room, newly renovated and well equipped. No ac though, so it was warm.
Breakfast is varied and generous.
The garden is very pleasant with several "rooms" were you can relax. Parking is no problem. We arrived to a nearby train station and the taxi that was to pick us up wasn't there. The hotel owner came to our rescue, much appreciated. I would like to have given highest mark and if some small flaws are sorted out which I am sure they will be by the very professional owners, they absolutely deserve it. To mention 2: the clothes hanger arrangement is against a wall that soils your clothes, there are plenty of teas for breakfast but no breakfast tea. And the kack of ac. But we certainly don't mind coming back.
