it was awesome! There was great room service but elevators are extremely slow so i had to take the stairs but i got my exercise. overall, the hotel was clean. the hotel pool was heated so it was fun. Good food.
Close to old town Quebec, new and clean
Very spacious and clean room. Breakfast neither served nor offered in hotel but several a la carte options nearby, e.g. Cosmos in the conversation center, which is accessible without leaving the building. There’s a small heated outdoor pool. In the summer months there is a hotel shuttle to the Lévis ferry terminal. Ferries leave about every 30 minutes. Very convenient to explore the old city of Quebec. Hotel staff did not always speak English. Parking was available free of charge.
A great place to stay when in Levis. The reception staff are very friendly and very helpful. The room are renovated, clean and very confortable. The wifi is very good too. Price is great . I recommend it if your looking for a place to stay in the area.
Ok for Business Only
We drove up from Vermont to stay in Quebec; picked the Four Points via Marrriot Bonvoy. I have to say the Four Points is a very nice hotel. Very very modern and up to date. We had a larger King Room and it was pretty spacious for a non-suite. Shower was a non door walk in and the bathroom was nice. However, what I didn't like was not really the fault of the hotel per say. The location is across the river from downtown Quebec so you have to take a ferry to downtown. You can also take your car on the ferry too, but parking downtown is hard to find. So we just went without and walked. This hotel is made for business travelers and in my humble opinion it is not a place to take a family. The hotel sets in the business district with not much there. There is a restaurant in the hotel building, but the Four Points don't own it so there is no room service?? Wow! And it has great food, but very expensive as most food is in the area. In summation the best word to describe this hotel is "STERILE". There seems to me not to be much a home feel or a great character to it. The rooms are nice and modern but something is missing...hard to explain. If I were to go again to Quebec I would not stay here.I would pay more and stay across the river downtown. Just my humble opinion.

This hotel is part of the Marriott Bonvoy . Marriott Bonvoy has an app that lets you check in on line. I did and requested check in at 2:30. I always request high floor room. Surprise, my room wasn't ready. As a Titanium Lifetime member, this has never happened before. Front desk told me to come back in 30 minutes. I went for a late lunch, and came back at 3:30, an hour later. Room still not ready! Unbelievable! They were trying to upgrade me to a suit on the 10th floor, so I accepted a suite on the second floor. They cant figure out that if a suite isn't available, or if there is a risk one will not be ready, just assign a regular room and forget about the upgrade. Simple. These people cant figure it out. The icing on the cake was this continuous loud irritating thump, thump, thump that started just before 7:00 AM!! its the gym room located one floor below my room! This hotel service falls way below the standards set forth by SPG!
