We arrived at 3:30 pm and were assigned a room on the fourth floor. The elevator was so full of trash that we had to ask that it be removed because we could not even use it. On arrival at our room, it had not been cleaned. Bed unmade, towels on the bathroom floor, etc. We returned to the front desk and were informed that there were no clean king rooms available and had to accept an alternate bed configuration. Other than the young lady at the front desk, none of the workers was wearing a mask in spite of a sign on the front door that masks were mandatory. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
Nice quiet stay

Stayed for an overnight. Hotel was quiet, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty sparse on offerings. I thought it very odd that the check in representative stated she needed to photocopy my license. With the prevalence of identity theft, I thought this especially odd, and I would think twice about staying there again because of this policy. Also, two of the four Tesla chargers were totally inoperative, and the other two charged at an extremely slow rate; much much slower than when I stayed here a year ago and used the charger then.

We're on our way from PA to NC and broke the 8-hour drive by staying Friday night in Lexington, VA. A shame you can't find "nice" and "clean" hotels for $50/night anymore so we decided to stay here based on the reviews and price. Was perfect for the night. We'd consider staying here again. Very convenient off of I64.

Excellent value. Service as good as all Comfort inns and the room was very nice.
I was on a road trip from central Pa to Memphis, TN and back. My wife and I stayed in six hotels for seven nights. My wife has Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so we stop early and sleep late. I usually go out and fetch food back to the hotel. Sometimes we “cook” in the hotel by reheating leftovers or eating fruit and snacks.
In ALL of the hotels during this trip and previous trips the waste baskets were under sized. They also usually have plastic liners that prevent items to be dropped to the bottom of the basket.
In NONE of the hotels was there an obvious way to recycle aluminum cans or plastic bottles much less other plastic or paper items.
In some of the hotels newspapers were available in the breakfast room, but NOWHERE was there a recycle bin for newspaper.
Most hotels have reduced the number of times sheets are changed for customers who stay more than one day. This saves water, energy, and maid time for the hotel. But why not go to the next level and actually be somewhat environmentally conscience?

I travel about 3 times a year from Virginia to Illinois. I usually stop along the way, since the drive can take 13-14 hours. I used to stay in Lewisburg, WV, but the hotel prices were getting a bit high for my budget. I decided to drive the extra 70 miles to Lexington and save about $80. The room was clean, quiet and had all the usual amenities. Continental breakfast was available, but the location of the breakfast bar was a bit tight. Since I have to eat gluten free, choices were limited. Coffee was not so great. Overall the experience was good and worth the extra drive to save money. Would I stay here again? Definitely! The only complaint I had was that the wi-fi information I was provided was inaccurate. I normally would have called the front desk to straighten things out, but I was so tired I didn't care about wi-fi.
