On arrival after a quick look around I tried to find another place for me, the missus and our youngest son to stay but we were unfortunately unsuccessful. We also emailed the owner who never responded. We were stuck for the weekend!!!!!!!This place has clearly been renovated by a DIYer and a bad one at that,
The kitchen is literally falling apart and made up of different pieces of mismatched wood, the banister is insecure and unfinished, stair number 4 is dangerously insecure and is on the brink of going through, electrical socket in bedroom insecure, door handles insecure, fire escape bedroom window handle incorrectly fitted. Oh, I’d better not forget the bathroom…….. toilet brush holder insecure, toilet paper holder insecure, basin insecure, tiling on the floor cracked in several places and insecure, bathroom is suffering badly from mould/ algae and is in desperate need of cleaning, the whole place just stinks.
Good location though

Booked here last minute as we needed to visit family but due to covid lockdown restrictions we couldn't stay with them. Easy to find, and secure parking is a bonus in Lincoln these days. Stayed in 3D. Nice place but had ants both upstairs and downstairs during our 2 night stay. WiFi was a bit hit and miss to the point we couldn't use our laptops for keeping up on work related emails. Shower wasn't particularly hot, barely warm and needed to keep turning it on and off to get some warmish water. Good place to get your head down but wouldn't stay longer than 2 nights.
Nice place with a few problems

We are currently staying in one of the apartments at Tennyson court, at first look I loved it, the room is a nice size, the kitchen and lounge area upstairs is lovely,it's very bright&nicely set out. However there are a few things that could be improved considering the price, first of all the door is extremely difficult to lock, you have to keep hitting it back and forth, if anyone older in age or more fragile I think would struggle alot with this, there is also the constant worry of if it has locked properly. Secondly we have had several issues with the internet, wifi very rarely connects and doesn't work majority of the time no matter where in the apartment we are, it never works downstairs, this is increasingly irritating when the TV also (although stating there is cable and catch-up etc. in description) only seems to have 5 channels with no catchup or demand. If we had working internet this wouldn't bother us, however when we want to unwind in the evening it is difficult when getting frustrated over nothing working as it should. Lastly the bathroom has no shelf/cupboard or anything to hold toiletries etc. This could be an improvement. However the area is very quiet, and it is nice&peaceful no matter time of day.
Overall this could be a lovely place to stay if the few little problems were fixed.

Brill value for money and will stay again for sure!
Much better than the hotel room you would get for the same price in my opinion.
I’ll definitely stay again if I’m visiting Lincoln once more.
