Great choice for the Logan area.

Great place to stay! We came to explore the Hatfield/ McCoy trails, and Bearwallow. There were like minded folks here. Comfy bed, clean room, spacious bathroom. Lots of storage. Friendly service. Plenty of tasty breakfast choices too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Good Hotel, typical Holiday Inn

Reviewed 18 june, 2020

I don't have any complaints about the hotel itself, no complaints about the staff, they were very friendly, my only complaint is that the pool was closed and I wasn't notified of that before booking or at check-in. We drove 9 hours to get to the hotel and I was so looking forward to relaxing in the pool. It was very disappointing to learn that it was closed due to covid. I would have stayed at a different hotel somewhere else along my route had I have known that in advance. Other than that, the hotel was in a good location, close to places to eat, a movie theater, and a Walmart. The mattress was more firm than I like, my back was hurting when I woke up. The room had a fridge and was a typical Holiday Inn room.

Great location, pet friendly

I brought my father to Logan to visit family and complete an item on his bucket list. We stayed at this Holiday Inn. First off the staff was very friendly and accomodating relocating our rooms to be close to the elevator because my father can't walk far he has stage 4 terminal cancer. I had my dog with me and it was no problem just a small flat rate fee. The hotel has a nice breakfast each morning with regular continental breakfast items but also biscuits, gravy, eggs and sausage and bacon also pancakes you can make. The hotel was very quiet. It is located very close to several different fast food and sit down restaurants and also other stores including walmart. There is a movie theater directly behind the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The internet was good strength as I had to work one day from the hotel and I had no issues at all. We were very please with our stay.

Good stay only noisy guests

Stayed one night just travelling thru. Front desk staff was good for checkin. Room was good to sleep as it was plenty dark. Noisy guests after midnight were a little problem. Never recieved welcome amenity points for being platinum or ones offered for all the noise.

Great place to stay for a trail riding weekend, not the closest to the trails but would stay again

Nice hotel, staff very friendly from housekeeping to management. Breakfast was just enough and served/stocked timely, pool and hot tub were great for some relaxation. Very convenient to food options and shopping for whatever you may need. The only negative thing I have to say is please please put some kind of slip resistance in the bathtubs! Unfortunately our shampoo and shower gel dispensers in the tub ran out mid stay I was getting back out of the shower to grab some I had brought from home and slipped injuring my wrist, hitting my ribs and elbow. If this happened to someone elderly or a child the results could have been much worse.
