Hotel nuevo, muy acogedor, excelente habitación espaciosa, cuenta con Refrigerador grande, cocina, microhondas, cafetera, baño grande con ducha. Sector piscina muy bonito e impecable con reposeras. Mejor pedir habitaciones con vista piscina ya que por detrás está la carretera I10 y es muy ruidosa. Desayuno buffet gratis incluido muy completo. Excelente servicio en el Lobby, un chico que sabe Español fue muy amable con nosotros.
Excellent hotel for Business and Families

This is one of the nicest hotels I have recently stayed in. It is a hidden gem in Loma Linda. The hotel itself is located close to good places to eat. The street outside is not crowded to drive. A nice clean pool is on the premises, as is a laundromat room. The rooms are exceptionally well done and clean. Sanitary precautions are all over the facility. There is an excellent breakfast area with a variety of breakfast items and various fruit juices. The room itself has well made clean beds, a full sized fridge, cooking range and a dishwasher with fresh clean dishes. The shower and towels are of very good quality as is the sink and refrigerator and dishwasher. The internet service is very good for checking your emails and business correspondence or any websites. The staff especially the manager, Samantha are very hospitable and courteous. I have stayed multiple times in this hotel and would not change it for another. They are very accommodating to your individual stay needs. Jacob especially helped me have a room for early check in a few times when my flight arrived early. A few rooms face the freeway side but the noise is not disturbing whatsoever at all. The heavy curtains block out any external sounds allowing for a quiet restful room, ideal for the business traveler, company employees or families. Overall, I think that it deserves a 5 circle rating of Excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel as the best in town and nearby.

I have never gone to a hotel were every single person that worked at the hotel was welcoming! This property is clean and you will love the staff. Samantha, Alex, Gigi, and Jacob! You all continue to spread the great hospitality vibes!!!!! And their GM Gretel, great leadership shows through your staff! I will definitely be back to visit!!! Xxxxx

This is by far the best hotel in Loma Linda/San Bernardino. Guest service is spectacular!! Will be coming back for sure! The pre-cautions for COVID are taken very seriously, everybody wears masks and gloves, barriers are in place along with floor stickers to ensure social distancing! Bravo!

My company made reservations at this hotel for a group of my co-workers and myself due to a vendor job assignment. Be serve this post as being aware of staying at this hotel! The hotel is near the 1-10 freeway in CA. I was put in an room next to the 1-10 freeway and all night long I heard vehicle traffic, such as vehicles’ horns and screaming tires. There were so much traffic noise I thought my room was on the emergency lane of the 1-10 freeway. So, this hotel is not a place to stay if you need a good night rest for-and after a grueling 12-hour work day. Moreover, after returning from work on Saturday, 7-11-20, I went to the front to request items for my room and the receptionist didn’t have on a mask. When she observed me standing a distance from the front desk, she asked if need help. I informed her I am not approaching her less than 6’ without her not having a mask on and she said, “you have a mask on...”, instead of excusing herself to put on mask, then help me. I had to inform her my mask protects her from me, but she is putting me in harms way without wearing a mask. I was shocked and offended an employee interacting with several individuals a day and in CA, especially the county this hotel is located in, has one of the highest Covid-19 infected individuals and death rates in the world. That she had no respect for a guest health or life—so I left the area. Lastly, besides the freeway noise, on the Friday and Saturday nights I stayed at the hotel, from 9PM to early hours of the morning, I heard a room door open and closed every 45 minutes—to—an hour on the floor on my room. You can image the thoughts running through my brains. Are the guest(s) in room having a gambling event, card party, etc. I hope my company never, ever make reservations again at this hotel— this is not a place to stay if need to rest after a hard, 12-hour work day, and while the world is in the middle of a pandemic where the hotel employee doesn’t know about the protocols of protecting guests from being infected from a very contagious virus that is killing people.
