Great location and apartment. Filthy smell in main room

Reviewed 10 october, 2017

The location and property was perfect with the main setback being a smelly main room that we couldn't use. Smell was like masking of cigarette smoke. We were on tight schedule and just used the smaller room ...uncomfortable

Absolutely fantastic

Before making the trip to London with my husband and little daughter, I was torn between choosing a hotel versus choosing the SACO Bloomsbury appartment for accomodation. I certainly made the best decision by choosing to go with SACO. We stayed for 9 nights in the superior 2-bedroom appartment and it was brilliant: spacious and clean, very well maintained and had all the appliances one would  need (including a kitted out laundry room). More than enough fresh and clean towels and L'occitane bathroom products provided. We stayed in appartment No. 2 on the ground floor (there are elevators, for those staying higher up). It was 3 flights down so the niggling thing is that the mobile signal was not good at all indoors, however having said that, the wifi was very good and pretty consistent so that didn't affect us much. The area is wonderful as well: close to russell square tube station (5 minute walk), tesco express, brunswick shopping centre (waitrose and lots of shops and eateries), as well as lots of restaurants and corner shops selling anything you could possibly need. Security is excellent in that you are given a code to input in a key pad for entry into the property. Kehinda Ward and the rest of the management staff were wonderful and kind, with excellent customer care. I needed assistance with an issue and they went beyond expectations and helped me out very quickly. Have no regrets - best decision I ever made. Look no further!

Perfect

We had to stay close to UCLH Hospital for 3 months after our son had had a stem cell transplant and the location was fantastic with everything we needed just a stone's throw away. The apartment was excellent (3 bed 3 bathroom), extremely clean and well equipped. Very well maintained and Davide and his team were extremely efficient, nothing was ever too much trouble. We are very grateful to SACO for giving us an amazing "home away from home". We will definitely choose to stay with SACO again and will certainly recommend them to others.

Family Trip to London

Reviewed 4 january, 2017

I stayed here for 4 nights in-between Christmas and New Year. I travelled with my son (7) my partner, mum & grand parents, an apartment was much cheaper and made more sense to have a kitchen to save eating out so much. The apartment is gorgeous, Flat 3, on the entry floor, so the living room over looked the street. This flat had 3 bed rooms and 2 of them were en suite. Every room had a television with review so no fighting over the remote, and the main bathroom had a bath and shower so never waited long for a shower with 3 to chose from. The kitechen was also well stocked with a dishwasher and microwave as well as a full oven. It was perfect for our needs. there was a small shopping centre 5 mins walk away The Brunswick which had restaurants, a Waitrose & a Boots. Russell Square tub station was also just a 5 minute walk away with Euston 10 mins in the other direction . I would definitely recommend this property and I will be staying here again!!
