For what you pay it's reasonable. Very small match box room (not shown in the pictures) hard for 2 people to get ready ,shower close to wall hard to wash hair and walls were sticky. Couldn't get out of bed on either side. Heating didn't work and windows were drafty at night. Staff were friendly and great location to Queensway and Bayswater station.
Will definitely come back!

Since it’s my first ever trip to London I’ve decided to go with Grand Royale London Hotel and it honestly exceeded my expectations! Considering the affordable price and amenities you get it’s definitely worth it. Staff is very friendly and always there for you if you need help; rooms are clean and cozy. Location is great, very convenient to travel to tourist destinations. In general the Hotel created a memorable experience for me that when I come back, I know exactly where to stay :) Big thanks to all the staff!
Abysmal Customer Service

We had originally booked and paid up front this hotel in August 2020 as we were due to see Sister Act at the Apollo. Due to covid restrictions the show was postponed for twelve months so we rang the hotel to enquire about a refund. They wouldn’t entertain a refund but begrudgingly allowed us to rebook for 2021. Unfortunately a couple of weeks before we were due to travel my wife’s father passed away. We again tried to ring the hotel but couldn’t get through for love nor money. We then tried to email them. I still haven’t received a reply to this day. I appreciate the short notice and the change of circumstance but is it too much to ask for a response even if just to explain that there wasn’t anything they could do to help us. The hotel manager seriously needs to review his staff’s and his own apathy towards their customers. That’s £288 I’ll never see again. Ignorance isn’t always bliss.

Hotel is reasonably placed and near the underground. Ended up booking a double room, this was a really small room but adequate facilities. Bed was comfy, however the TV literally had 2 working channels (bbc1 & Bbc2). Bathroom was small but shower pressure and hot water was nice. Noise was a problem during the night, especially as our room was facing a block of flats. Think 3 stars is about right for this. Would've been better if the room was bigger.
Good value but not a nice experience

Room looked nothing like photos. Unclean and very small room. Cheap price but not worth it if you are looking for a comfortable stay. Location is good, close proximity to Queens Queensway tube station and a short walk into Central London I.e. Oxford Street
