Great location right next to Universal Studios Walking distance from the theme park great service clean and accommodating valet parking , no issues I booked two rooms one for the boys and one for the girls, no issues with rooms. Though walking distance from the park there is a shuttle available

Wonderful trip with a very accommodating team. Lissette was a pleasure to deal with and am fortunate for her quality in Guest Service. We thoroughly enjoyed the room(s). Thanks to Lissette we were given connecting rooms. My 3rd trip to this property, gets better every time.. Excellent service in time of Virus pandemic
Everything about our stay at this hotel on the night of May 17th was copacetic. Our two rooms were completely clean and sanitized and the hotel was very, very clean. As noted by other folks reviewing this property Kevin is a tremendous asset to this hotel. The entire hotel experienced a power outage at 6 in the morning for about two hours but the emergency power came on and the hallways were all lit properly. The phones worked too. The only food available was from room service (continental breakfast) which was lovely, hot and delicious. Until the adjacent Universal Studios is re-opened this will be a quiet hotel...this was quite surreal as occupancy must have been around 5 % of normal capacity. Parking is convenient and accessible. A great experience, highly recommend and thank you to Kevin!! And to Hilton!

I am a registered nurse and came out to California to help with the COVID 19 pandemic. Hilton teamed up with the AACN to provide front line workers with hotel rooms for FREE. And not only that, they also provided us with daily meals. The first person that I met upon arrival was Kevin at the front desk. Kevin was the front desk manager. He was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He helped us several more times through out our trip with various things. He would always ask us how our day was and greet us with a smile. Kevin is an asset to the Hilton organization and should be treated as such. Mike, the manager of this Hilton I believe, also helped a fellow nurse and I lug all of our groceries up to our rooms. We were treated with such kindness through out our stay. The entire hotel was very clean and they definitely were taking extra measures to ensure the safety of the guests during this time. The front desk staff, security, housekeeping and everyone in between is considered a front line worker to me, especially knowing that they’re housing many health care workers. Kudos to all of you and thank you thank you thank you!!!! I will continue to recommend Hilton to all my friends and family. Hilton went above and beyond for health care workers during this hard time and it will not be forgotten. Truly a great experience!!!
