Room not clean: bathroom, carpet was wet with a brown stain, linens. Did not feel prepared for guests: refrigerator not on, lamps out, lacked linens for bathroom, lacked linens for pull-out, breakfast was haphazard.
Not worth the money

Rooms are not secure.
Bathrooms don't have HOT water.
Room smelled of mildew
Only stay at this hotel if it is the last place and you can not find any other place to stay. The price is not worth the room.

It was worth maybe half a star and that is only because I’d been in the car almost 12 hours and I needed sleep. The room was ridiculously expensive for the condition of the whole place. Good stuff first, check in and out was easy, both staff members were nice and friendly. They did have coffee in the morning. The bathroom was clean. Now, for the bad, first off the doors to the outside were unlocked and required no key for entry which seems very unsafe and irresponsible as hotel owners. Now, the room was damp and musky and musty. It hit you like a brick as soon as you opened the door. It get it, it’s Florida. But this was almost unbearable. The A/C unit grate was covered in dust and whatever else and was pretty thick on there as if it has NEVER been cleaned. The sheets appeared clean, no hairs or stains. There were cigarette burns on the blanket and the floor was sticky, I put my belongings on the desk. The only thing to touch the floor in that room were my shoes. The stand the fridge and microwave was on was falling apart, the coffee maker(which I never use) was covered in dust, there were spots on the picture frame, a stain on the chair that was in there and I’m pretty sure that the window wasn’t locked. The door lock did work in my room. On my trek for coffee in the morning I noticed that the hallways were hot, I did do some looking and I saw a few bikes and a grill outside one of the rooms so I think that there might be folks living here as a residence. There was no breakfast and again I get it with this virus or whatever but something would have been better than nothing. For what I forked out for this room, fruit cups or yogurt cups or prepackaged honey buns or even those frozen PB&J sandwiches would have been great. I’m not sure how Ramada or Wyndham or city inspectors have let this place stay open. Hopefully the owners/corporate people see not just my review but the others and make changes. Ramada used to be a good place to stay. Not this one, keep driving.

This hotel is more like a Motel, I ll dare even say a Motel 6 room is even better. The humidity smell with cigarette is awful, it hits ones you open the hallway door to go to rooms. Even the room smells so weird gosh. Not even gonna talk about the bathrooms, stains all over. And lets talk about customer service, the worst. I called to check on a room move I requested since they did not wanted to refund me if I did early check out(honestly wanted an other hotel), and the lady said she just enter her shift and did not know anything then she talks to someone else without even putting me on hold telling the other person if they could attend me because she couldn’t. If you are a needy clean person who don’t smoke, I don’t recommend it at all.

bugs was present in the room. No enough space in the Bathroom sink counter to put your makeup and toothbrush. Only one chair in the room for couple to sit. Outdoor view from your room is unpleasant only dead grass a garden could be nice view.
