Great stay
We enjoyed our self. The staff was nice and great from April to Nick and Joe to the lady that did breakfast had great customer service. Everything smelt so good. Our room was clean. We will be back to this hotel.
Family Business in Opelousas
I would like start off with mentioning that Nick and Angela were absolutely awesome! We needed to go to Opelousas to take care of family business and stayed for 4 days. During our stay, the entire staff made us feel at home. They were friendly, gracious, and accommodating! The hotel was clean, the coffee was fresh, and Angela and Nick made sure that we had everything we needed. Also, the WiFi worked extremely well! My husband and I were able to work and attend virtual meetings with uninterrupted service. If you plan on staying in Opelousas, the Hampton Inn is the place for you. We will definitely stay there again!
Yes is deserves this one star
It's 8:42 am , breakfast if one calls it that is over at 8:30. Coffee ? Only light, "sorry that is all we can make". So , if you are on the road for hundreds of miles and decide to sleep "late" I guess at Hilton Hotels you can no longer get anything that you have paid for. And of course no more on weekends. Yes, it's the crises we are in but is it really? It looks like a cheap way to reduce expense. But what expense? Another hour and half of a super 8 type breakfast and one more type of coffee...dark! Thanks , Hilton, but no thanks.
NIce Stay
NIce stay yet again. Stayed there about 2 years ago and it was nice so when we had to come back for my uncle's funeral decided to stay again. The staff was still nice and the room was awesome loved the fact that the AC was blowing directly at the bed and it worked very very well. The one thing I didn't like was no Bacon for breakfast!
Great staff
Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Rooms are very loud. Normal conversations in the hallway sound as if they were in our room. Breakfast was good. Several hot and pastry selections. Beds were comfortable
