Perfect location if your trip is for leisure. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern facilities and rooms.
The hotel provides you with earplugs as there may be construction early in the morning or loud motorcycles at times.

We stayed for two days in Louisville. The location was great! Most attractions are within walking distance. Lots of restaurants close by. The beds were comfortable. Little noisy, but it didn’t bother us. We weren’t in the room much. The staff was very friendly. Every time we left and arrived back we were greeted by them. The hotel is pet friendly and they loved on our little one all the time and provided doggy treats for him. We would definitely stay here again!
Still good honest people in this world!

I want to give this hotel and their staff a great shout out! My husband and I spent the 4th of July weekend here and to much of my own fault I left my tote bag with cash and credit cards in a drawer in the room when we headed for home. I failed to realize this until much later in the evening. I panicked and called the hotel. Housekeeping had gone for the day so they could not tell me whether or not my bag had been found. They assured me that they would check and let me know the following morning. The staff was very helpful. Thank you Thank you. My bag had been turned in and I received my bag everything was there. We will be back for future stays!
Sloppy; some employeesignored Covid protocol

First of all, most of the rooms face the road leading to the one free bridge, so it's like a highway. On weekends, loud motorcycles all the time; why this property has not made a one-time investment in sound-sealed windows, I don't know. Second, OK, we are loosening up about Covid, and it's Kentucky and they can't do much about all the guests not wearing masks (this was in May), but they have this rule: "Face masks required for staff in public areas." Not ONCE did I see either of the two male clerks wear their masks covering their nose, which is like not wearing a mask. (The female employees did) Also, hotels have discovered that Covid gives them a license to provide no service, no questions. To get anything--plastic cups, towels, daily coffee packets, you have to go to desk. It's an easy way to bump that profit margin: operate a no-service hotel with as few employees as possible. Starbucks was occasionally open in morning, contrary to stated hours. Never in evening, contrary to stated hours. Room was fairly standard Courtyard, though the TV is about 10 years out of date--very small. Ice only on every other floor, so I had to ride with the maskless every time I wanted ice. As for those male clerks: if you can't find employees who display basic courtesy and obey your own policies, Courtyard, you're not paying people enough. One of the guys was simply rude all the time. It's depressing the way hotels in general have just thrown standards out the window; I stayed here 10 years ago and it was nice. Decent location; I'll give it that. Oh, and the website says rooms have safes; mine didn't.

You're within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. There are a lot of options for things to see and do in the area.
The beds were comfortable.
There is a nice workout facility that is 24 hours.
These are the loudest rooms I've ever been in. There is no sound insulation, and the road in front of the hotel seems to be a literal drag strip. Motorcycles and vehicles with no mufflers spend the night racing back and forth. The hotel does provide one set of ear plugs (for a double occupancy room). However, even with a preexisting hearing impairment and ear plugs, it was impossible to sleep.
The front desk staff is very rude. The man at the desk would not acknowledge us when we tried to check in, and he continued to scowl each time we went through the lobby.
The rooms are not very clean. There was blood on the wall near the sink, and the soaps appeared to be used previously. They also provide conditioner and lotion but no shampoo.
Give this hotel a miss. There are plenty of other properties in the same area.
