DO NOT stay here if you value good customer service. The staff was extremely rude to my family and our basketball team of high school aged boys. We spent well over $500 at the hotel for 1 night and I could not be more disappointed. Some of the kids bought drinks from the little convenience store in the lobby and when checking out the lady yelled at them to back up and space out, instead of just nicely asking. She yelled at the kids every time they came into the lobby and she tried to start a political fight with my brother in law. She called the security guard on us because we wouldn’t put a mask on our 6 year old child. Never once did they nicely ask us to do anything. They were rude from the get go and all of us were nothing but respectful towards them. For breakfast I went down and after standing there for 5 minutes with no help, I was finally asked “what do you need”, instead of just saying “ma’am we are doing grab and go breakfasts right now, let me go get you one”. She then proceeded to point to the convenience fridge and told me to get one. You had to ring the bell every time, because the front desk attendant was always either in the back or in the lobby watching tv. I can handle people being rude, but when you are rude to a group of kids who were nothing but polite, I draw the line. I seriously hope this place goes out of business.
Great night's stay once again
This was our second time to stay at this Hampton and I can't recommend it enough. The price is very reasonable and the rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location right off I-25. Can't beat this property.
Nice place for one night.
There are no Hampton Inn breakfasts anymore. Breakfast was such a huge disappointment! There are microwaves and fridges in every room, options should be available for breakfast! The sack meal was a small bottle of water, granola bar and apple. That's it. There should be frozen products offered. The facilities are there to cook. Why not have a frozen egg, cheese and bacon bagel or biscuit? They didn't even offer small cartons of milk or boxes of cereal for kids. The front desk clerk was very nice and had an excellent recommendation for dinner.
Great Hotel
We were looking for a reasonable rate close to rocky Mnt Park and this Hampton in Loveland was perfect. WAY above average breakfast, SUPER comfortable beds, and spotlessly clean. Starbucks right down the road. Diffidently will be back, and although there are many option for lodging in this area, I don't think Ill bother trying any others, Ill be coming right back here.
Team Visit at the Hampton
Great support and the rooms were excellent. We had a basketball team staying at the hotel, and the support was great. Would not hesitate to recommend. Handled check in very smoothly, handled team logistics flawlessly and allowed us late checkout!
