Excellent Considering The Price
I came here with my partner end of November 2019. This was my first time in France so I really wanted to have a magical experience so Disney-esk hotel it was for us. First Look On first look, I was impressed by the site. It was clean and presentable. Although we didn't drive, the car park was pretty huge. The entrance was wonderful. They had a big Christmas tree (it was close to Christmas time). A small Disney shop for all things Disney. It wasn't majorly castle themed but enough to know that that was the particular theme of this hotel. The inside was clean as well. Reception The reception staff were really friendly and polite to us. They were helpful with our questions when we needed advice on where to go, taxis etc and spoke good English, which was comforting for us. The Room I liked our room. We were upgraded to a family room which was nice of them to do for us. The TV got good reception and there were loads of channels so you had a good pick of what to watch. The bathroom was cute and clean. The shower was lovely. I liked that you had the option of not having room service and if you chose not to have room service, you got a little treat, a lip balm, moisturizer etc and it was the L'Occitane brand which I know isn't cheap. Our bed was broken. One of the slats were snapped but I wouldn't hold that against them. There wasn't anything drastically wrong and the bed and bedding were comfortable and clean. Our view wasn't great but again, not a major issue. The WIFI wasn't great in our room either which was disappointing so I mainly used my own internet. Overall, our room was good. Food I won't lie, the food wasn't amazing. The breakfast was nice enough in the mornings but I wouldn't bother going to the dinner. 24euro or so each for what is basically a cold spread. Maybe this is because there wasn't a lot of people at the hotel maybe but that shouldn't be the case. There were barely any hot food plates around and from what I could see, there was chicken fingers and maybe some chips for kiddies and that was it. I would recommend eating out rather than eating here. Swimming Pool Freezing cold. We were in there for 10 minutes and had to get out. The hot tub as well wasn't even that hot... Bar The bar was nice and we were given little plates of chips and olives which was lovely. The drinks were cold and the staff were very friendly. I wish we would have noticed this place sooner otherwise I would have spent a lot of my time in here. Further Notes We didn't go into the gym or the spa area so I cannot comment. The shuttle service is great. Arriving every 20 minutes to take us to basically outside of Euro Disney or the train station which was great for us when we were going into France. Also, the staff at the train station speak good English. I know we shouldn't expect everyone to speak our language but it is quite comforting. NOTE: The bus gets super busy when Disney closed and cramped so I would recommend leaving a little earlier to avoid the rush home. It does have a circus/castle feel to it. I think some people expect far too much for peanuts. Some expect to literally be staying inside a castle and be served their food on swords. It had a nice sense of the theme but it wasn't overpowering. I think children would the theme. The shop was good. Offering Disneyland stuff so I snagged a jumper. Overall I did enjoy this hotel, it was a nice place to rest our head and the staff were nice. It's a little in the middle of nowhere but the shuttle makes it easier to get to main Disney or the station so that statement is redundant. I think the dinner menu needs to up it's game and the pool needs to be warmer, especially in the WINTER! 10C is not okay. I wouldn't pay full price that the hotel was expecting and if I did, I would be disappointed but because we got this for a few hundred each, I was impressed.
Great 3 nights spent at Magic Circus... Rooms comfy with bunk beds for the kids with circus type curtain to shut them off from the double bed. Bathroom clean and shower good. TV with 1 or 2 English news channels. Breakfast Plentiful... The fry up was a bit poor, it all seemed a bit cheap and cheerful. The croissants however were lovely and fresh... Big Nutella pot as well so that kept the kids happy. Fresh fruit, cereal and lots of bread also available. Shuttles to the park were very regular, we never waited more than a couple of minutes. Keep an eye on the stops on the way home in the dark as they don't always do the same route (managed to miss our hotel so walked back from the next) completely our fault. Be aware of the busy period on the bus stops after the night show. It's crazy how many squeeze on to 1 bus and nobody gives a yard when queuing or jumping on. Pool My kids loved the pool and went on 2 of the 3 nights... Small toddler area and a big pool. Nice little bonus. It's open until 10pm. All in all a great stay and wouldn't think twice about recommending or returning when we go back to Disney.
Excellent place to stay
A great place for the family. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. There is a good variety. To and from Disney there is a regular shuttle. Transfer from CDG cost 23 euro each but good option is taking a Uber which is about 60 euros. Make sure you bring an adapter. Staff are really good and friendly especially the manger - Alex. There were acouple of issues but you expect that in such a large hotel. They handled it really well. Asked for a pray room and they let us use the luggage store room. By the way the luggage room is great as you can leave luggage in the room and enjoy your day. Kids love the bunk bed. Overall very good hotel for the family.
Never a 4 star
Room service was poor, beds made daily but no glasses or rubbish taken away from the previous day. Toilet needed a good clean as did between the tiles. €39 for a Adult buffet and this is mostly catered for the french guests with loads of red meet. €11 for kids with very little choice for the kids Sweets, great selection. Also drinks where additional to the above. Room service was basic and very expensive. Would say 3 stars at best.

Plenty of activities fir children - we had Uber deliver McDonald’s for supper - 15 mins wait!! Priceless!! Loved this hotel - staff made our stay so easy and hassle free.
