Amazing stay at hotel Miramare

We spent one amazing week midapril and was really happy over the level of service at hotel Miramare. Rachel, Clelia, Massimo, Angela et al did their outmost to help us get around in Maiori during our stay, recommending nice restaurants, book tables, book trips, helping us understand timetables, remembering our breakfast preferences and even providing transport when we needed that. The rooms are very clean, tidy and modern. It was a real pleasure to stay here and we hope to return some day.

loved the stay at the miramare hotel, has all the conditions for a great stay and very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breackfast is very good. Near the beach and is at the center of everything.

Worst hôtel on our trip for service and food. Even though we had breakfast included, we decided after two days to go to a bakery in front instead and pay again. The staff was not kind or helpful. Barely could understand English, and were not very clean. Customer service is bad! They were even rude as far as I am concerned. Asking a question was like disturbing them in doing nothing!

Apart from lady cleaning rooms the rest of staff need training in customer service, hotel needs upgrading shower cabinet clean inside but outside disgusting, rooms basic. We had a power cut no air con staff not interested or helpful, told it was local power cut not true everywhere else had power, came back on to go off again. 4 stars never possible, 1 at a push. Has small flat screen tv all channels Italian. I of our rooms had a tiny balcony other room no balcony

Location for this hotel is good. Everything else very poor the costumer service is seriously bad and need some strong help. This hotel deserves 2 stars not 4 I never wanna go there anymore and will tell my travel agency as well about my experience so that they don’t send people to this hotel. Morning breakfast finishes 1 hour earlier Room cleaning is not everyday because they forgot. You really need to please and ask for things to be happend. Clean towels, cheese, coffee, fruit, bread, eggs and more at the breakfast. Carpark also takes time to get car out Becouse someone has to come out from office to swipe the gate open. And they waiting you to go in to office from the car and let them know that you need to go out. Omg... I have no words. Owner for the hotel please find someone more projective there.
