Two adults, ultra all inclusive package;
This hotel and the services are adjusted more for the guests coming from Russia and Germany (quite a few hotel staff speak German and Russian). Everyone else will get a different (worse) treatment in this hotel.
One of the biggest issues that the Hotel had a couple of situations where they were out of non carbonated water for the guests. Tap water is not for drinking.
List of the things that we found as minuses and pluses for the time we stayed with Seher Resort and Spa:
- hotel staff does not speak English, receptionist barely
- Covid precautions at the lowest level, masks not worn appropriately, no social distance in the eating area, luggage not disinfected at the entrance of the hotel upon arrival
- hotel room not clean enough upon arrival, nor was it cleaned well during the stay
- room towels change never happened during the 7 day period
- hotel staff unpleasant, without any hospitality show, look like they really hate their job
- crowd always during meal times, no staff taking care of the crowd
- understaffed in the restaurant area, causing long lines and crowd
- buffet was one of the worst I have ever had, been to Motels which have better offer for the meals. However, you always have French fries :) barely any meat, when they served meat it was usually raw, fish every second day without any taste like it was just cooked and no spices added. For breakfast no ham, sausages, no cream cheese, one type of bread,.
- kids buffet was scary (pasta, ketchup, French fries and some time chicken nuggets, same every day)
- beach bar had only diluted coke, diluted fanta, mineral water, and diluted effes beer. Once gain - ultra all inclusive package.
- many sunbeds, nice sand beach
- room AC was working great
Would go back to Side again but never to Seher Resort. Really hope this review will help some people not consider spending their money and their holiday here.

Worst hotel ever visited, service was poor, food terrible, baklava filled with the sugar juice and nothing else, worst food of whole Turkey and in the world in general. Russian music 99% of the time, rude staff, especially in the pool area. Serving food to you on a plate like feeding a shelter dog you do not like much. Cleaning was done every day but it was hardly ever cleaned properly, bath nor the floor. Sheets and towels changed only on demand and translation to Turkish. 99%of staff do not want to speak English or they genuinely do not know a word of it. Couldn't be more disappointed then I am right now with the service and quality there. Room keys mostly stop working, safe deposit in the room is not big enough to take in 13 inch laptop and is also good for a burglar not to look around and take it all from one place.... DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME AND DECENT SERVICE

In general everything was good, we expected the worse conditions due to many bad feedbacks about the hotel. The territory of the hotel rather small, but includes spa, bar and water slides, and the hotel's beach is big. Unfortunately the beach is not very clean, although there is a person who cleans the sand.
Food is tasty, althought main dishes like fried eggs, chicken and potatoes repeat every day. There are a lot of snacks during the day so you won't be hungry. All the food is behind the glass due to covid restrictions and there are often long lines in peak hours.The restaurant team is the most pleasant among hotel's personnel.
The main regreat is room cleaning that equals zero and electronic key to the room that works extremly bad. The towels and linens were not changed during 9 days. Be ready for the maid opened your door without warnings. To open the room somethimes we stand for 5-8 min in front of the door. One time the maid came to help us and her master key didn't work as well.
There is no animation due to covid.

It was a good hotel, staff is very kind!
Lots of different food, and perfect location.
It's close to the beach and to the bazars.
The service of the hotel is great.
They clean the room very good. I can recommend to everyone.

Me and my boyfriend have just returned from our holiday in this hotel. There are a lot of pros and cons comparing with other hotels with 5 start where we had been before.
First, when we arrived, tired from the flight the man at the reception didn't even say hello, he just gave us some papers to fill in. After that they told us that check in time is after 14:00 and that we can have breakfast and use the pool and beach until then.
The pool bar and beach bar open in 10:00 and there are lot of choices what to drink, also the men that work there are okay and nice, and one thing that I didn't like was that most of them don't speak English (only German, Russian, and Turkish of course). At the pool bar, the barmen make great coctails, so if you are coctail lover, try alchocolic coconut coctail, it's nice.
About the food, I can say that it is nice, there are lot of choices (American pancakes are very good, also eggs sun side-up are very good), it's pretty much the same everyday and also the workstaff there don't speak English at all. There is always fresh food, few kinds of meet, rice, potatos, fresh salad (a lot of choices), cheese, etc. Also there is always fresh fruit and a lot of cakes (I didn't like most of the cakes).
There is traditional Turkish snack called "gozleme" that is traditionally made in the beach bar everyday and it is very delicious. Also there is always something to eat at the pool, so you'll never be hungry or tursty for sure!
The beach is okay, the sand is very fine, the sunbeds are okay, the sea is okay, with fine sand. There were a lot of waves when we were there (beginning of June). Next to the beach there is a river in which we saw big sea turtles.
Our room was cleaned everyday, but our towels weren't changed not even once in 10 days. Also I think that they take only the garbage and make the beds, and sometimes they leave water and juice, but they don't clean the room in detailes.
There is a Vitamin Bar (extra charged) that offers great coctails (3euro) and fresh fruit (2-3 euro).
There is spa center, and hairdresser, extra charged, but I didn't try.
We rented a motorbike (scooter) for one day, 20 euro, and we were in the Old Town (you must visit it, there is a lot of history and an amazing view at the sea) of Side and in Managvat (Neva outlet mall with good clothes and AMAZING TURKISH DELIGHT PESTIL!!!).
The last day we checked out at 12:00 and we told to the man at the reception that we will be picked up at 21:45 so he told us that we can use the pool, the beach, we can eat and drink so it was very great from their side (in some hotels where we've been you can't use anything after check out time).
All in all, I can say that it was good, we had amazing holiday. The main disadvantage is that the most of the staff don't speak English. Also, this hotel looks more like 4 stars than 5 stars. In case they improve something (like more detailed cleaining, staff who speak English) this hotel will be great!
