Delicious food and clean rooms!

I like to go to Turkey, Mediterrian and Egean costs are always fascinate me but I am picky person especially choosing hotel. Romance Hotel Marmaris was not my first hotel at Turkey but I can clearly say it was memorable. It was very clean and this is so important to me.
Good location good food but issue with Parking and cleaning

The location and foods are really good. The drinks are not included to the price and this makes really funny the eating process over there. No water in Breakfast nor in Dinner.
The hotel location is also a problem for the ones having car. There is no exclusive parking area for the hotel and when we found a place in front of the hotel, we parked. The reception didnt mention that it is not suitable. 2 hours later our car was towed and no people from Hotel informed us. We lost money and such a big time in order to get back our car.
2nd problem in Hotel was cleaning. The lift, the Room, the garden floor , the sunbeds were really dirty .
For the ones using Wifi, the Wifi didnt work at all.

Uniqueness of a hotel is getting destroyed by small things

First visit to Turkey - didn't know what to expect from a hotel there, but would agree with it's official rating of a 3 stars //plus!)))// Immediate impression that Romance Beach has a capacity to be at least one level up should it be properly managed. It has everything for it - superb location within the city, own beach, nice pool, hard-working staffs, charming cosy atmosphere with nice stylisation and andalusian touch. Even the waterpark next to the hotel is a big advantage for families with kids. Everything you need is around - small Pinar Market opened 24/7 downstairs, pharmacy, exchange and local Migros Supermarket across the road, bus stop and a taxi point nearby.
Now about no-noes.... No food... the menu is a survival type... this is my 1st experience with all-inclusive when you have nothing to choose from, especially for breakfast. Usually I rely on bakery and pastry items wherever I am going, but there was literally one baguette laying down throughout whole day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, fresh and tasty though))) Grill station for dinner and snack station with simple but edible nuggets and burger patties throughout a day helped to get through. Many regards to a local lady preparing fresh Gözleme near the pool - that was the only opportunity to taste Turkish cuisine inside the hotel.
2nd surprise with the WiFi access that's nowadays is a must - it is chargeable and bad working.
Lifts... what can I say... it is not only outdated, really small and taking ages to get, but one of them kept hanging in between the floors so we immediately stopped using it and did a lot of exercises going by stairs to the 3rd floor.
Beach is easily accessible and good however I have never seen lifeguard on duty. During day time it is quite busy with all water activities taking place in the sea.
Rooms are simple with enough of space. Sea View room turned out to be with a stunning view from the balcony not from the window itself. Furniture has a simple but custom look. Standing shower with sufficient shelving is a plus point, but sanitary ware is outdated. There is small refrigerator but no kettle in the room.
A/C system is very weak and dated, needs maintenance and better settlement. It's blowing directly on the bed making it freezing but still hot in the rest of the room.
Lighting is bad, and outlets don't work and hardly accessible.
No beach towels available.
Every day room cleaning is going with fresh towels supply.
Positives are helpful local staff, cosy atmosphere with live music performances in the bar at night, Marmaris Promenade. First junction with street restaurants including McDonald's, KFC, Doner and chinese and a small shopping centre just around 10 minutes walking distance towards downtown.
Our vacation was short but great. Wish to return to the hotel when improvements will take place.
Horrible dirty and prejudice

This place is beyond dirty, plates and cups always stained and dirty. Food is horrible and badly cooked.
Wifi is awful and the majority of the staff are prejudice and won’t even try to help! The only nice lady was the cook by the pool!
Would never visit again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!!!
