I want to preface this by saying. That if your looking for a fairytale luxury experience. This hotel is IT. There’s us absolutely nothing that they can’t arrange for you. We were celebrating our daughters 4th Bday here and I had very high expectations and quite a few surprises & things I wanted to plan. They arranged it all. A storybook luxury tent in the middle of the desert with a professional astronomer- No problem. A Birthday cake made out of Macaroons- our daughters favorite in the middle of the desert NO problem!!! A personal Chauffer. No problem. The Spa is rated as the # 1 Spa in North Africa- they didn’t have a kids selections SO they created a special Mother-Daughter Menue just for me and my sweet little girl so we can have a Spa day together. With matching treatments. Our daughter also loves to cook so we booked a private chef for a private cooking class- our daughter LOVED it and the food was delicious- The Hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking and the suites are huge very storybook. However it is the STAFF that make this hotel the incredible once in a lifetime experience from the servers at the restaurant who decorated our table for a birthday breakfast surprise with balloons. Cake and singing to the incredible concierge- I’m so sorry if I get the name wrong. I believe Halma- are AMAZING. Honestly I think a lot of the other hotels around the world could take notes on hospitality from her. She us a magician. There was absolutely NOTHING that I requested that she didn’t figure out a way to make happen. They don’t do NO. In this hotel. It is always a No problem. Literally whatever ur mind can imagine they can create and deliever. Thank you Halma you are truly incredible. Also a tip for anyone booking tours. PLEASE do yourself a favor a book through the hotel- Yes it’s more expensive HOWEVER if u ever have a problem the hotel immediately handles it. We were constantly checked on. They were constantly on the phone with the chauffeurs and guides making sure we were happy. Safe. And having a great time. That’s unmatched to anything you will get with a travel booker- when we did have a problem Halma jumped in right away- completely took care of it and fixed it. That’s security. It pays to book your day trips through the hotel. Just do it. I can’t express how much we LOVED staying here. Our daughter was SO happy and that meant everything!!!! From beautiful dinners at sunset to private luxury tents and camel rides in the desert to hiking up the highest mountain in North Africa everything was perfect and curated to be perfect by the HOTEL and the staff. Esp Halma. But I think my favorite part was waking up every morning to the songs of the Morracan birds every morning as my daughter picked flowers on the terrace. It’s really a fairytale. Thank you Palau’s Namaskar and the staff and a very special thank you to Halma. You are a the heart of the hotel.
Great Honeymoon
We had a fantastic stay at Palais Namaskar. The staff were very accommodating thanks to Imad, Mariam and Salim. The grounds were stunning and food delicious. Loved the small touches they add to the rooms, it was great to come back from the city to macaroons. Would definitely stay again.
a real life palace
if you ever wanted know what it felt like to actually live in a palace than this is you. amazing service and amazing hotel that you will not want to leave. the whole experience was and 11 out of 10 it is a bit out of the city centre but this is a plus.
A Dream
This hotel is a total dream. Its the second time I have stayed there and arriving to this stunning place makes you feel like coming home. The buildings surrounded by the water are just wow. All stuff members are super nice. My room was insanely beautiful. The restaurant is great. I will be back again for sure. Thanks a lot and see you soon
Day pass at this hotel - brilliant idea!
We had day pass at this hotel! Perfect, we had sunbed, two drinks near the pool also wonderful lunch! We want to say the biggest thank you Mohamed, assistant of manager, he is the best employee you can imagine, appreciate it, he gives the guests quality service, he tries and is also an amazing photographer, thanks Mohamed very much for wonderful day at Palais Namaskar! Every details are quality, we feel verty private, calm and relaxing at Palais Namaskar!
