Physically violated and overall horrific experience/customer service

When I arrived at the lobby I met Yasmin. I was already booked for a rate and had a confirmation number on hand, all I needed to do was pay and receive my door keys/check-in. Yasmin up-charged me over twenty dollars for my confirmed room. I showed her my email stating my initial rate and she told me I would have to take it up with my third party booking agent.
Irritated, I still continue with the check in process, received my door keys and headed to my room. When I entered the room we found the room dirty with balled up tissues in between the comforter and the sheets. I contacted the front desk immediately. Yasmin answered and stated there was nothing she could do. She stated there was no housekeeping service until morning. She offered me to come down and get some sheets for me to replace on the bed which I was very upset and uncomfortable to have to touch these disgusting sheets and comforter! I requested another room Yasmin stated all the rooms were full.
I proceeded to pick the sheets up downstairs in the lobby where I meet another employee, Maurice (Maintenance man). He very pleasantly apologized for inconvenience and offered to help me apply the sheets on the mattress. Maurice attempted to apply the sheets on the mattress and found that Yasmin mistakenly gave us the wrong size sheets. I called Yasmin to get the proper size and Maurice left the room and stated he was leaving for the night.
Shortly afterwards, I proceeded back down to the lobby to grab the correct size sheets. Getting out of the elevator Maurice met me with sheets in his hands before I could even get fully out of the elevator. I take the sheets and thank him. Maurice then drew closer towards me grabs and gropes me on my back side and buttocks and stated “your so damn sexy, you know how sexy you are, how long are you staying for”. Shocked in afraid I smiled and closed the elevator door and went back to my room.
I had my 8 years old daughter with me. Just me and her scared that this man just sexually violated me. I didn’t even know if he had access to my room or not. We slept very uncomfortably. I didn’t get any sleep whatsoever and didn’t even receive a new comforter set just sheets we were extremely cold.
First thing in the morning I contacted the manager, Nicole. She apologized for my experience, corrected the up-charged rate, and told me she would refund me for that entire night I stayed at the establishment due to the inconveniences. I am currently still waiting on the refund.

We stayed here for 5 weeks waiting for our house to be ready. It was a very nice stay. Staff and manager were extremely nice and helpful except the lady that handled breakfast, if she did not have ear plugs in singing most mornings she was rude. The breakfast was very disappointing (I know covid changed things), it started out great but over a week and a half no milk, juice, water, yogurt and had some that was out of date on the shelf. There was not much variety. I have a dog and the grass was only cut one time in 5 weeks. It was high. The room was great. The landscaping around is not very appealing. Also has an old motorhome sitting out front with someone living in it which looks bad. I know it is still being developed around hotel but needs more curb appeal.

Needed a room at the last minute thankfully they had a room available, great location to restaurants and shopping HORRIBLE smell in the room. I went through an entire can of Lysol trying to clear the smell, it smelled like the room hadn’t been used in well over a year. Cleaning staff should refresh rooms once booked. Sun block shades appeared to be dry rioted. Expected more from Hilton.

We have stayed here for several years on our trip across country. Used to be a very hotel. But things have gone downhill. This stay was extremely unsatisfactory. Our room had a horrible smell. It took us a while to find the source --- the dishwasher. Front desk gave us packets of dish powder to run through. We turned it on and then went out for walk with our dog. When we got back, the odor was worse and water had leaked out of the dishwasher. Front desk could not give us equitable room but we took what we could on the first floor. Terrible noise from the room above us --- stomping. By 10 pm, called front desk and asked for some help with the noise. Not sure what they did, but noise increased for the next several minutes. Just an overall terrible stay. We expect a good night's stay from a Hilton and this was anything but! Gave us $40 off room, but in no way did that make up for the poor experience. Never again.

I am a diamond member of Hilton honors so I have stayed in a lot of Hilton hotels. This has to be the dirtiest place I have ever been. The staff was rude and only did what had to be done nothing more. The pool was gross and the pool room was a mess food everywhere and for the first time ever in my time traveling they ran out of clean towels.
