Great staff 👌
It was my sons first holiday so I wanted somewhere good for kids but somewhere we could afford..we had to wait for room but that didn't stop us getting changed in toilets and grtting stuck into the all incisives 🍺🍭🍦the staff were spot on and when we did get our room we were very pleased with it . It was clean and we had English tv which without sounding like a coutch potato I loved!! The kids entertainment was good but it was for kids and not much for adults. The food was plenty but repetitive and mostly cold but it was nice The wasn't much to do around the local area apart from a small beach . But the buses were good and by the time we went home we had seen a lot of the island and it's stunning and I loved the history.... big thanks to the staff for making it a holiday to remember.
Holiday
Our holiday was fab the food wasn't so good the reps were just amazing so we're the hotel staff the pools are fab kids loved it so much ships are ok to the beach isn't so good and also were were there wen the hotel was closing for the summer we wasn't told this and they were taking thing down and not topping things up like the mayo and the slush machine and ice cream for the kids there was also a lot of flys in the restaurant landing on the food and bread not very good at all

What a fantastic hotel resort. We had a lovely studio apartment with kitchen and lovely patio garden . Although the Hotel was geared up for families with children there was something for everyone. Everything from the pool to the seating was spotless. Great choice of food everyday catering for all tastes. Very friendly staff , especially Rosa on reception!! Highly recommend. Take time out to walk around the cute harbour area.
We had a good time
Just come back from 10 days at this hotel, the only complaint i have and i'm told the management are addressing it are staffing problems. some of them are unhelpful. overall a lovely hotel, good food and drink very clean. The kids club staff and the entertainers work really hard.
Mar de Menorca
Excellent hotel, extremely clean and our room was superb it was massive and everything you need. Reception staff were amazing and so very friendly and extremely helpful. The biggest disappointment was the FOOD which was always COLD, the selection was unbelievable but could not eat as it was ALWAYS cold. This was such a big disappointment. Also beware that the area that the hotel is in there is NOTHING in the surrounding areas, which I found very frustrating and also a bus only ran 4 times a day and not at night, you had to go into Mahon town to get anywhere else, which was about 20mins on bus. Will not return due to the location.
