More about the hotel
I would rather sleep in my vehicle then stay another night at that particular Hotel horrible horrible service
I work on the road for business and checked into the hotel in Methuen it was a problem with the non-disclosure of the $100 Dental fee that they charge and keep for 5 to 7 business days that's understandable unfortunately this day and age lot of motels do that which I don't agree with that's not even the issue the issue was my service we had a disagreement about my reservation that I made online cuz I'm a Rewards member I was going to leave my room while he pushed open the door would not allow me to shut the door told me that you knew what I was doing in my room you can call the police on me took his mask off the smell wish there were no spells I don't know if he thought I was someone else or what he thought if I had more energy after traveling for long as I had I would have freak out made the first and told him to call the police but I just don't have the fight in me I tried to explain to him that I was doing nothing of the kind and as I was starting over my head fell asleep cuz I was overtired never again will I ever ever consider staying there oh yeah and how could I forget you told me I was not allowed to come back like I would ever ever even fathom coming back to that place I literally would rather sleep in my vehicle then go to that please
Unsanitary Conditions
We attempted to stay at the Day Hotel after booking through Reservations.com. Within 30 minutes of arriving we had to check out. Mold in the bathtub, stains on the floor (blood?), stains on the sheets and about in inch of dust on almost every surface. I was completely discussed. Unfortunately, Reservations.com would not refund our stay so I paid $125 for 30 minutes in this homeless shelter.
Lack of hospitality
I showed up at 6:30pm to check in. Even though I had stayed there several times before with my pet, they told me this time that I needed my dogs veterinarian papers. I told them that my vet was closed. They told me that I had to find another hotel.
Perfectly. fine place to stay
The Days Inn in Methuen MA is a good value for staying in the Boston area without breaking the bank. Here you’ll find first rate accommodations and all the accoutrements that seasoned travelers have come to expect. A comfy bed, oversized flat screen TV, faultless WiFi are all part of the positive experience you’ll find here. The staff was pleasant as well as friendly. Through in whisper quiet air conditioning/heat, pool, workout room and ultra convenient location all up add to a great stay. A complimentary breakfast that included eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes as well as cold options is included. The only negative, if you can call it that was that the in room frig wasn’t deep enough to accommodate a pizza box. I had to turn it sideways. Quiet, clean and comfortable The Days Inn in Methuen is a good choice for the savy traveler.
Icky
Dirty place with stained sheets and walls and chairs covered with goo. Broken furniture and holes in wall. Elevator floor has not seen a mop for a looooong time (see photo). Unsafe: doors propped open. Stay elsewhere.
