One of 2 elevators out of service caused long wait times. Restaurant was poor and we left the following day with stomach issues. Guest services were barely adequate. Tried printing out necessary paperwork but printer was out of action and others were limited and not useable. Waiting area small and crowded. Otherwise clean and comfy beds but strong odour of pot in the halls.

They charged me $200.00 for the towel I used to help a person with bleeding... The manager said I'm lucky because usually they charge $350.00 and I should stop calling to the hotel with the questions about it.

The AC felt stale, almost warm. The carpet felt gross, not clean. All out "unused" bath towels and bathtub had hair on/in them. We never got new ones but aksed several times. Will never go back again.

Pedro is the worst

Hi me and my sister, booked a room through Expedia on October 12-13, we meant to put the 11-12 but since we booked at 12 am that was only option we can choose. Once we got to the hotel your representation Pedro was giving us a hard time. He told us we he can'y modify it from 12-13 to 11-12 that we had to call expedia. He knew he could do it he did not want to do it on his end. I told him that he was only treating us this way because we aren't hispanic. Now this man made it a mission to not allow us to stay at this hotel. We had a flight at 8 am that morning, he had us waiting for over 2 hours to check us into our hotel because he was in his feelings about the true statement i made towards him. Expedia would call him to ask him to modify it he would purposely keep them on hold for long period of times.. We called expedia and they modified on their end. Why was Pedro purposely on the phone with them telling them that he did not receive the reservation, when i have on it video the reservation. Look at your cameras, it is all there waitingHe is an old man playing little kid games. I just wanted a place to sleep. i cussed him out because what he was doing was very unprofessional and not fair. He called the police on us. The police did not help us at all. Your worker purposely held my sister's ID hostage. Making up lies we didn't pay for our reservation when we prepaid on expedia the full price. Then he eventually kicked us out because he was being a child and felt he was in control. He stuck his middle finger up at my sister. Everything is on video, your worker should be ashamed of his behavior, he mad i told him about his behavior. The police didn't care to correct or acknowledge his behavior because they were hispanic too. He deserve to be fired for not accommodating us like a representative should, disrespectful, immature at his old age, and not taking caree of paying customers. He was also taking photos of our printed reservation with his personal phone is that professional? He was smirking at me like a toddler up to something he shouldn't be doing.

Great hotel, lousy service

Our first room we were given a disability room, which doesn't work for us since we need a bath for little kids. We asked if there was anything available with a tub and were told everything was booked, even though the girl working the counter didnt even look through the computer. Later that night i returned to my room and noticed a big leak and horrible mold smell coming from our room. My wife also took a cold shower since there was no hot water at all. I spoke to the man working at the desk and said our room is horrible, and he was able to find another room, even though we were told nothing was available earlier. I then told him i needed a parking pass, which i had assumed would be comped because of the awful first night experience of having to wake up my kids at midnight to change rooms after sleeping for 3 hours in that horrible mold smell, but it was not. The hotel seemed very nice, and i know sometimes things go wrong, but the service was absolutely awful as the people working the desk were on their phones and couldnt care less that i was there. I definitey didnt feel like they were going to do everything they could to make sure we had a great trip, which is unfortunate.
