Shuttle service
I called before booking to ensure they had shuttle transportation to the airport. they said right now they did not due to covid but said we can call uber or cab and they will reimburse us. even at check on, i confirmed with Annie and she said that it was correct. that morning around 4:30am, the night audit was not helpful at all and turns out they only reimburse us if we are coming FROM the airport to the hotel. A mess. Had to call uber.
Very welcoming Hotel with the best check in Staff.
I arrived here at around midnight on the 4th of January. I stayed in room 802. The check in guy was really welcoming, helpful and informative. It was nice to have someone greet you and assist you after a long drive from Orlando that day. My room was really spacious, the bed was large and comfortable and it was very well cleaned. I really liked it and it was worth every penny. I was disappointed that the pool was being renovated, but I used the gym, and will use the pool hopefully when it is complete in my future visits as I plan to use here for my future visits to the area. The free car park was also one of the reasons that made me choose this hotel over other hotels. The car park was actually quite secure with easy access to the rooms, so definitely a wise choice. You will find Publix, Starbucks, Walgreens and CVS and other essential stores including Gas stations within very short walking distance to the hotel. I happily recommend this well managed Hampton Inn.
A Gem very close to the Airport
This hotel really took me by surprise . Recently remodeled it was very clean and new . The bed was great , the shower was great , excellent TV and channels. These type of things you will find in a much more expensive 5 star hotel . The staff were really nice , got a free ride to the airport payed by the hotel since with covid restrictions the shuttles weren’t operating . I definately recommend this hotel for a layover or for some hours of relaxation before a flight . Will definately stay there again !
Housekeeping
Today was the first day that we really needed housekeeping and MARTA (not sure of spelling) who takes care of the 7th floor was absolutely wonderful. We’ve been here a few days so we have a lot of personal items...she not only cleaned but lined the surfaces and arranged our items as well...it doesn’t sound like a big deal but just the fact she even THOUGHT about it made ALL the DIFFERENCE...NEVER forget about the PEOPLE that are BEHIND THE SCENES
Like a 5 star resort without the amenities.
The receptionist was fabulous. The room nice and clean. Well appointed. We just got back from a nine day all inclusive sandals resort. This didn’t disappoint. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.
