This will be my go to hotel in Milan

I stayed here for two nights and booked a double room. The hotel reception is on the first floor. It is fifteen minutes walk away from Central Station, and there is a metro station nearby to move around the city. The room was clean, and there are a minibar and TV. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a toiletry kit available (with toothbrush and toothpaste) and a hairdryer. The breakfast was excellent as well. But the best part for me was the staff. They were friendly and greeted with a smile. During check-in, they asked me if I had any dietary requirements. All of them were polite and genuinely took care of any requests I made. I enjoyed my stay and will be booking this hotel whenever I come to Milan.
short stay at a nice boutique style hotel

Only stayed for a night - the hotel is located on the first floor of a building in central Milan, close to the rail station. Reception was very polite. There is a small lift so you don't have to carry any bags through the stairs. Rooms decorated beautifully. Nice bathroom, with toiletries (even a toothbrush and a toothpaste). Didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast.

Love this little small boutique hotel. Great location. Close to metro train station, local supermarket, walking distances to attractions. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Hotel room is spacious and modern. Will definitely return.

Choosing a hotel, which is not a part of well-established chain is always a bit of a gamble, but this time it was a jackpot. Ai Suma is a small hotel in Milano's centre. My room was spotlessly clean and spacious, the bed was big and comfortable. The room had a functional air-condition and even a descent mini bar. The biggest surprise was however the breakfast. It did not include warm dishes, but the variety of the foods as pastry, fruits, cheese and meat cuts were successfully replacing this. I would like specifically to mention that the service was simply excellent: polite and efficient. There are several places for vining and dining right outside the entrance and it is walking distance to the metro station.

We had a very good stay in this hotel, which is a good three-star establishment (the maximum rating of this review is thus not on the same scale as five-star hotels, as this hotel does not have e.g. swimming pools or hundreds of staff). The hotel is well placed right next to the Porta Venezia metro stop, and there are restautants, bars, a shopping street (Corso Buenos Aires) and a grocery store right next door. Air conditioning works well and there is a nice breakfast available, the hotel has only ten or so rooms, which gives the place a nice, intimate touch. The service was on a five-star level, recommended.
