Perfect stay near Milan's Stazione Centrale

Very kind and efficient staff. When I called the concierge in the morning, he greeted me by my last name. Breakfast was delicious with great variety of choices.
We had arrived past midnight from Naples and needed a place to stay, this hotel was a wonderful choice.
Nice location if you need to get trains from Centrale

It was my second time as a guest in Anderson Starhotel, and I chose this hotel cause I need to catch an early train from Centrale.
It’s not the safest area in Milan, but you can walk to/from city center and around. Just be aware of the refugees around (the ones that don’t wanna work and just take advantage of tourist and the government).
The room facilities are ok! Not too big but good for a couple of nights. We stayed in a double room, facing the street (good view of Milano Centrale), comfy bed, clean.
The lightning is not that good, especially at night.
The bathroom was ok except the shower: the floor and the toilet got soaking wet every time we showered.
Must try the cappuccino for breakfast.
Very friendly staff.
walking distance to the Milano Centrale

If you're taking the Terravision from Malpensa into Milano Central, this hotel is really convenient. 3 minute walk - can't beat that. I chose this hotel because I had to catch a 3am bus to Orio al Serio. Upon arrival to the hotel, I was surprised to see tho that one had to go down a set of stairs to reach the main entrance and into the main lobby. At the time of arrival, there was no doorman or bellman to assist so I had a bit of difficulty bringing my luggage down the steps. The rooms were nicely done - neat, clean & well maintained. And for a hotel meant for sleeping only (since I'll be exploring most of the day & night), this sufficed nicely. My rate did include breakfast but I was not able to try it since I left very early to catch that 3am bus to Orio for another flight. I would definitely stay here again.
Decent hotel next to the central station

I stayed at the Starhotels Anderson for 2 nights. The hotel is just near the central station as well as near another metro station (Ciazzo) which make it ideal to move around, but noisy as you hear clearly the metro trains coming and going, so if you are a light sleeper, you won’t sleep.
Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is great with varieties of items. Rooms amenities are ok and match what a 4 stars hotel offer. Except the noise from the metro, everything was perfect and I do recommend this hotel.
Lovely hotel with good breakfast

After a very delayed train into Milan, it was lovely having the hotel directly opposite the station so I could find it. The receptionist was very welcoming and I had a lovely room with a table and 2 chairs and twin beds.
The room had a lovely bath (which was bliss after a long journey) and everything else one needed. I slept very well and, despite being opposite the station, there was no noise.
Breakfast was very nice with lovely fresh juices, different croissants and several types of bread.
This was my second visit to the Hotel Anderson and it's good that the hotel remains as pleasant as ever. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.
