From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff was great, helpful, courteous and very professional. Our room was clean and a great size. The only thing, I could have asked for, is to in a higher floor. Our room was facing the street, and I can hear the traffic from Viale Bianca Maria. The hotel is in a great neighborhood. Close to the Duomo, shops, and restaurants.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay for me and my family.

We visited Bianca Maria Palace Hotel last July (2020) for 4 days and it turned out te be an excellent choice. The room was spacious enough, the bed was way above average and the bathroom had a great rain shower. The breakfast was extensive and the cappuccino was the best I ever tasted in a hotel! The hotel is situated just outside the city centre, but a 10 - 15 minutes stroll will get you to the duomo. The best thing though was the staff. Never did we experience such a nice bunch of people, all trying to accommodate us in every way possible!! When back in Milan, we will for sure visit this hotel again. Grazie mille!

I spent a couple of night at this hotel with my family, honestly might be one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited, everything was as expected, modern, clean, spacious, great location.
I can’t recommend it enough.

Stayed here for a long weekend recently. It was reasonable and in quite a good location . There are shops, restaurants etc close by and it’s an easy walk to the Duomo etc but slightly longer than 10 mins I’d say. Desk staff were very pleasant and our room was spacious and very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great and well organised and the staff lovely, especially the gentleman who gets you your food. There were teams close by but we didn’t use them and it’s only downfall was not bring close to a metro station otherwise couldn’t fault our stay!
Did not meet my expectations

We found this hotel via Booking.com and checked the rating here on tripadvisor.
Everything looked great and we had high expectations. We did receive a total of 5! messages via booking.com from the hotel with information regarding the openingtimes, check-in procedure etc.
This is where my first concern starts: We highly appreciate a sportingfacility in the hotel and booking this place because it was one of the few which offers this. Actually this was closed for renovations and made public via a little sign on the check-in desk. 5! messages via booking.com but not informating me of this?
Than the second part: the check-in.
It was monotone and did not show Italian hospitality. We where check-in into a dirty room and when we went back to the check-in desk this monotone "service" was exactly the same. Without any form of appology we did receive the room keys of the new room.
This one was nice and clean. Spacious and did meet our expactations.
The breakfast staff was wunderfull. Very friendly, polity and made up the bad start we had at the check-in desk.
The ending was unfortunatly not that great again.
We where asked 3 times to leave a review on booking.com / tripadvisor because "they needed it very bad" after Covid.
Here you are...
If you do not mind this kind of service at check-in and only come for the room and or breakfast? Than this is the place for you.
