Very clean hotel, breakfast good, spa beautiful, decoration of the rooms is not too much, staff is professional. I regret : - children at the pool - that the receptionist runs after you to make a payment (I still have 2 days before leaving the hotel) - kettle missing...no tea available in room
Nice new central hotel
Renovated hotel in central location with traditional 5 star service, own garage, great modern gym and wonderful courtyard garden where we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. The service the Restaurant needs to be more attentive.
the bar has become ridiculous in terms of prices and service
we have been coming for years to the bar-lounge for drinks with friends . yesterday it was the last time . cocktails at 22 euros , wine much too expensive and this whole privilege with a few chips , some olives and salted almonds . and not even a very attentive service. what a shame , and those prices are completely out of line vs Milan, vs the customers and when related to the quality of drinks and service . it was not like this before . too bad !
Christmas in Milan 2019
Our stay at the Palazzo Parigi over the Christmas holiday was outstanding and surpassed our expectations. The rooms are spacious and smartly designed for couples. The staff was outstanding- everyone at the front desk! the Manager and concierge could were incredibly helpful and gracious. They clearly care about their guests and it was a wonderful experience. The housekeeping is among the best I’ve experienced in a hotel without it being private. We will be returning!

We chose Palazzo Parigi as our family dinner location. The palace is incredible: all decorated for Christmas, spotless and elegant. The service is suited for the quality of the Hotel: they are very kind and always ready to satisfy your requests. The cuisine is delicious: all the food we ordered (and the wine too) was tasty and made of good ingredients. We ordered Risotto alla Milanese, and I told them I am lactose intolerant, sometimes this is a big problem for restaurants, but they told me not to worry and they did not do the mantecatura with butter. I will definitely come back.
