Very nice place to stay
My daughter had a volleyball tournament. We were very surprised at the size of our room. It was almost the size of a suite. Very impressed. So much space and the room was comfy and clean. The staff was very very nice.
Housekeeping needs work
Housekeeping cleanliness needs improvement. We had 2 rooms and grout lines in both showers have mildew. Showers are not being cleaned properly or more training is needed. Head board in both rooms had oils from peoples heads leaning on them. Refrigerator did not work in one room. TV remote did not work in one room. A used bar of soap was left for us in the shower. Very disappointing for 100 per night for 3 nights.
Great place to stay
Great place to stay if ever in the city of Columbus. Clean, safe and very friendly environment for every stay. Whether its business, pleasure, or whatever, one can not go wrong by choosing the Hyatt in Columbus
Poor Customer Service
Not the hotel for you. Many other choices in town with better customer service. If you are looking for a chain to want your future business, this isn't the one. They are focused on the rules and lack any consideration for traveling during these unique times. #Iwantedtobeloyal-butforgetitnow!
Great Room and Service
Very helpful and friendly staff (front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping). Comfortable and large room. Would definitely stay there again when we are in the Columbus, Mississippi area. Not sure about food quality of breakfast bc it was closing when we got down there, but staff was very helpful and got us food from the back.
