This was our first time staying at a Four Points. The person working the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful. We were given a spacious one bedroom suite. The room and bathroom were modern. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
Ok I guess

The pros, nice big room, free parking, clean room, beds and pillows comfortable. My cons, in lobby list of hotels this group owns with list of items offered at “ most” hotels, breakfast, evening reception, free water in room , not at this hotel. We like to sleep cool, was there two nights and room never cooled down to temp we like. Went down for extra coffee as room isn’t cleaned during covid I guess and I also could have used some shaving cream. He had no shaving cream but gave me three razors and didn’t know where coffee was. A lady in office did go and get me coffee.
One of Them Four Points

Although this hotel has nothing out of the ordinary Four Points offerings, personally, I liked my experience here. It is your typical highway stop with efficiency-oriented room design (i.e. not quirky, not tacky, just adequate) and enough amenities to be called "premium select service". I loved my upgrade to the jacuzzi suite, and the cleaning was up to Marriott's standard. That said, I found it odd that the restaurant was closed for breakfast service but open for dinner. Also, I found the staff efficient but on the laid-back side. I would love to see them a little bit more engaging, although I get that Covid is taking a toll on everyone in the hospitality industry. In general, I would come back if I'm looking for a quick overnight stop off the highway, but with Moncton being a smaller city, I would rather stay somewhere in town for the full experience if I have the extra 20 minutes.

I picked this hotel because my boyfriend was in town the weekend before and his friends had picked this hotel. He mentioned it was very clean. During a pandemic I was, of course, very concerned about it being clean. We happened to get to town a little early and they had no problem with us checking in an hour early. The room was very clean. I wasn’t concerned at all. The beds were great. The bathroom was fantastic with a very modern stand up shower. We were on the first floor and I didn’t hear a thing. Not outside or in the halls. The front desk staff was very friendly. Looking around I could see that they were wiping things down often, and had wipes to clean the exercise equipment. There is no pool, but we booked this hotel knowing that. People should keep that in mind when booking instead of complaining later 😉 We would definitely stay here again, and even recommended it to my in-laws for when they make a stop in Moncton.

Stayed two nights was clean and modern, but overpriced. No breakfast included, restaurant onsite is overpriced, shower had no water pressure, beds were lumpy, no pool, tons of rules for visiting hockey teams, none of which were enforced by hotel, vending machines didn’t work, housekeeping didn’t clean room, then I was treated like a diva guest because when I got back to the room at 4pm I asked to have the garbages emptied and the dirty towels to be changed out. They sent up someone who couldn’t understand why I would want the room cleaned when I was staying another day, and that he was going to do it even though it wasn’t his job. Will definitely be choosing a different hotel next time.
