I was staying here for 1 night whilst local the hotel is very clean and well presented and the staff were friendly polite and very welcoming my room (34) was very clean and well presented and the car park was ample. the hotel itself is located near to the motorway without being too close and bothersome

No hand rail to climb out the bath only two small towels supplied, crazy size pillows. Bed was comfy, good secure parking. Good location for driving to Calais, can't believe the layout of the room had to reach over the TV to tun the kettle on.

Good overnight stop not far from autoroute

Good location, quiet, dog friendly, nice staff. Wifi was free and good quality. Restaurant wasn’t open (might have been because it was a Sunday) but we had anticipated that and brought our own picnic, so not a problem. It’s a campanile, so you know what to expect

Lovely Campanile in Rouen - great for UK customers going up to Calais as you can easily get back on the A28. Staff were lovely and that’s what made it for me. They were very chatty at check in and dinner time. The food was really nice - no buffet due COVID but they have a nice outdoor area to sit in and like I said, set menu food was great. My only issue is there is no kids price for the set menu so ended up expensive three x set menus when all the kids had was a burger. The rooms do need renovating but just seen they are waiting their turn. The rooms were still comfortable and very clean. Parking on site just outside your room which always makes me feel better. Highly recommend.

Hotel did not serve food, without warning on the website.

Because of positive experience with hotel Campanile Rouen Mermoz, we booked a room in this hotel, which looks very much like an American Motel. We were disappointed, arriving at dinner time, that the food service was cancelled. For breakfast we had to sum up exactly which items we would like to have the next morning. And for dinner, we got some very ineffective directions. Instead of showing a map or roadname, the lady was pointing towards the many large roads around, where we eventually found a few fast-food and grill restaurants. Not exactly what we were looking for. In such cases one is happy to have internet and satnav. So we went downtown. If all this was communicated on the website where we booked just 2 days earlier, we would have gone somewhere else. See my review on Campanile Rouen Mermoz.
