Having stayed in various hotels in Montes Claros before, i was interested in staying somewhere else. Mainly because the other hotels have been disappointing. This hotel is less than a year old, so its infrastructure is in a very good condition. Location could not be better with various bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, however there is room for improvement. A safe is essential. It doesn’t matter how trustworthy the staff are, it gives the guest a sense of security to place personal items locked up inside a safe. The lighting could be more subdued. Table lamps would be a good addition. The air conditioning is quiet and effective. The tv has most of the sports channels, but no international news channels. The shower is spacious with good pressure. The staff are all very friendly, courteous and efficient. It is difficult to single out any single person, as all the staff were great. However, Eder, who runs the restaurant, is superb. He will go out of his way to help you, and ensure that you enjoy the food available. The choice at the breakfast buffet is very good. Hot food is available, and omelette’s,fried eggs can be made to order. Eder kindly brought some special type of Mango from his home. Really kind of him. My wife ate in the restaurant at the evening, and she said the food was very good and excellent value. The rooftop leisure are is also very good. There is a lap pool, which is long and deep enough for good swims. The gym is well equiped, and the sauna is very hot and steamy. This is without doubt the best hotel in Montes Claros, and i fully enjoyed my 9 night stay here. I think that it is also excellent value for money. We will return here, and look forward to when this happens. Keep up the good work. This is an excellent hotel.

It’s my second time at this beautiful hotel The room is very nice with a king size bed Good shower Nice roof top with gym , pool and steam room And the breakfast is very good Also the staff specially Andre who is very kind

I stayed 2 weeks and could appreciate the good service offered by Dubai. The rooms are big enough and clean. Additionally there is a fitness, hammam and swimming pool. The roof is ideal for working, sheltered from the heavy local sun and cooling some times in the pool. Breakfast is offering a vast choice but every day the same. The restaurant room is quite noisy and acoustical treatment should be undertaken to keep the level acceptable. Like other hotels in the region, there is a strong affluence on weekends so be prepared to have a crowded breakfast or dinner.

Excelente local para se hospedar, seja a negócios ou mesmo para quem vai visitar a região. Conforto, qualidade e ótimo atendimento. Vemos a preocupação constante dos funcionários em te deixar à vontade. Me senti em casa.

Em Montes Claros não encontrei melhor conforto e atendimento. A cobertura é linda e ótima para relaxar depois de um dia de trabalho. Restaurante muito bom! Localização faz toda a diferença. Até a próxima.
