First the positive, check in was easy and the breakfast was good. It all went downhill from here the Rooms were absolutely nasty, My wife would not even take her socks off in the room because the carpet was so nasty. There was a moldy smell to the room and the shower had mildew in it. Overall the hotel is very tired!

We had a large King Suite. Very small fridge. Nice sitting area. Reasonable desk area. Two TVs, able to stream. Comfortable bed. Pool open but water murky. No guest laundry. Slow elevator. Reasonable outlets and lighting.

I stayed here last night for a girls night and it was perfect!!! My daughter and I had a great time!! The guy working the front desk was awesome!! So friendly and even found some ketchup packets for my daughter. The pool was nice and the beds were amazing!!! It felt like sleeping on a cloud!! The breakfast wasn’t the best but it was no big deal. The hotel looked and felt clean. Will definitely return!!

My husband called a few hotels to see if they accepted cash. I understand most places dont but we had cash on us. The receptionist said yes we do, we have a room with 2 queen beds is that ok? Yep for sure its ok.We got out of our 2 yr old doctors appointment(who btw was scheduled for surgery at 5am next day) Husband goes in, the receptionist says we dont accept cash...Really? You said on the phone you did. So stranded 2 hrs from home with a 2 yr old, I nicely ask if a prepaid card would do...Again no. Ok thats fine. So I asked if a family member called and payed for it would they do it,this dweeb which is putting it nicely, shook his head no. His rudeness didnt faze me it was how he looked at us like we were not good enough to be there in the first place . Sorry I spent 2 hours in a car with a toddler and 2 hours at a doc appointment my fashion was comfy...Another hotel accommodated us with grace and excellent customer service skills. I would not recommend at all and will be letting people I know that travel for meetings, military friends etc to avoid this place at all cost. I may have looked cheap(being a mom sometimes does that) but I most definitely am not.
Clean Room, Quiet Space

Stopped here for a night with family. We were visiting the Cooper's Rock State Forest and this location was an excellent jumping off point. The room was clean and comfortable. Yes, the furniture is showing a bit of wear, but we felt welcome and both the room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast has adapted to a carry-out service where you choose of a set menu for a continental breakfast. That was just fine and we appreciate that the hotel has figured out how to provide that meal service during COVID procedures. Thanks!
