I was travelling to chiang Mai by myself on a solo trip. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. Initially, the wifi on the third floor was literally not working but the fixed it within the hour. During my trip, I was hurt as I dislocated my knee ( pretty bad ), the staff really helped out. above all their kindness was on par. My first day I wanted to go for a Sak Yant Tattoo, but couldn't find an ajarn in the city, the girl at the counter made phone calls to her friends asked where we could book an ajarn, the next day a driver, who the girl had booked, came to pick me up from the hotel- drove an hour and half out of the city and waited 2 hours until my tattoo was done and brought me back to my hotel. All for 600 baht. The tattoo was 3000 baht. The staff makes sure they can help with to the best of their abilities.! Even in the most trivial things. The market is walking distance. But for the night bazaar better get a red car or a tricycle. The pool is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. I will surely go there again if I'm visiting Chiang Mai.
Quaint, but nothing special, though good location.

Did check in late, close to midnight, and everything was explained pretty well considering the language barrier. The room was well sized and balcony above the pool with a lovely, but obstructed view of the river. The staff were truly very accommodating and nice. There was no wifi, though I booked through an app which stated there was, but to no avail. Rooms are very simple, but modern furnishings and open bathroom were adequate. Asked to have a late check out (brochure states you could pay hourly up to 8pm for such) but when I asked, was told it was unavailable. Which I understood, someone obviously was booked behind me, and the staff kept my luggage until 8pm (late flight) at no charge and really were great. Price I paid was twice as listed almost (a lot has to do with VAT) and I really would not “upgrade” your room for the price. But definitely a nice, quiet, and nice place for a few nights.

Customer service was very eager to help and rooms were very clean and well furnished. We had some communication issues getting our shuttle lined up and the pool has a limited number of loungers. We ended up walking and cabbing more than we thought as it’s a bit far to the old town, however for the lantern festival it was the perfect location.

We were greeted with friendly and nice staff. Then they offered us 2 fresh coconut drinks (tasty and delicious) as we checked in at the front desk. Snacks + water in the hotel room are included and the snacks were tasty. Then they went further and provided us with a fruit plate--pre cut fruits just sitting in our fridge waiting for us when we returned to the room. Wow! The service is amazing and staff are very friendly and accomodating! I've stayed at few hotels in Chiang Mai and Pai and this hotel had one of the best service for sure. Highly recommend! Rooms are spacious, good reliable strong wifi, good powerful AC for hot days.
Good midrange hotel

Small Boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. Room is big - garden view looks out onto a wall with some climbing trees. Service and personnel were very good and friendly. Welcome drink and free shuttles from and to the airport. Catered mostly for Chinese and local tourists. Breakfasts offers very limited options for internationals. Location is outside the center, too far for a smaller town like Chiang Mai. Overall good hotel and nice stay but would pick hotel closer to town next time.
