Super Cool Hotel and Staff

This a great hotel and location couldn’t be better. The rooms are very cool and the bathroom products are high quality and environmentally friendly in larger containers. The only thing that could be better is the bed size - the doubles are quite narrow. The breakfast in Grapes is excellent - super coffee, a huge healthy selection and decadent muffins. The breakfast staff are first class.
Great location, great rooms

Really liked this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, exceptional location for the city centre. Car park too which was helpful, and delicious Weisswurst for breakfast. Room was very well appointed. Will be back!
Really lovely staff!

Cortiina was a lovely boutique hotel very centrally located in Munich. Felt very safe a land Covid-compliant. My first room had a bit of a cleaning issue, but I was quickly ushered into a lovely suite to compensate. The staff could not have been lovelier! My new suite was lovely, albeit a tiny bit run-down. The highlight was the gym though - immaculate and really well-equipped for a hotel gym. I also like how I could book a slot to ensure I was the only one working out - especially in crazy Covid times. The breakfast was included in my roommate. Lovely old fashioned bike ti borrow. I would definitely stay again!
Very Nice Hotel with Excellent Service

We spent 3 nights at Cortina just before Christmas. The hotel is centrally located and you can walk absolutely everywhere. The lobby/check-in area is very small, but it opens into a very nice bar/lounge. We had a spacious junior suite that faced onto a center courtyard with a pedestrian walkway; so, it was very quiet, even with the windows open. It is furnished in a more minimalist style, not 5-star luxury. That said, the room and bathroom were sparkling clean. Great water pressure in the large shower. Lots of counter and shelf space in the bathroom. The bed was on the firm side but we both slept very well; we asked for extra feather pillows which were delivered promptly. The bed linens were smooth and crisp. My husband ate the hotel breakfast early one morning but on the other mornings we ate at the Bar Centrale just across the street; a small place, but with seating in the back and absolutely delicious coffee and croissants. He confirmed what other reviewers have said; the breakfast is expensive for what it is. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and quick. Staff are professional, friendly and service oriented and were happy to help us locate a pack and ship facility so we could mail some gifts back to the U.S. All in all an excellent experience. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Munich.

We stayed at the Cortiina over New Year. We chose it because of its location and it was indeed very good. It was an easy walk to most places and in a perfect position for the old town, public transport and the hop on hop off bus. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and contained everything you might want. I think that we were fortunate in that we had a large room at the front of the hotel whilst friends had a smaller room towards the back but though smaller their room was still fine. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was very good. In the evenings the breakfast room converted to a restaurant/wine bar. That proved very popular and a bit of a squeeze. We only managed to get in one night.
