Excellent Stay
Wonderful atmosphere, great staff , nice breakfast location, great overall ( has a balcony , being between the few accomodations to offer a balcony ). Great also for kids, a superb garden with a fish pond
Mediocre place
So it seems like Naples Fl is a very expensive place to stay , at least during Easter week . So booked this hotel at over 200.00 dollars a night . The check in process took like 20 minutes because one clerk on duty and multiple issues going on. When checked out , no one bothered to ask how was stay The room was ok and at least was was clean . The bathroom is tiny and the toilet cramped between the tub and the sink . The elevator to the second floor was some aftermarket type of lift mounted on the exterior ,that frankly , didn’t feel too comfortable . I won’t recommend this place and don’t feel it’s a good value .
Simply put this room was a dump
The thermostat didn't work properly. It even said on the thermostat "need to change filters" Didn't Put towels in room the next day, didn't make beds, etc.. When I pointed this out to the manager I was told "read sign to the right". Freezer leaked, mirrors in bathroom permanently stained with many stains the size of a quarter dollar piece. On and on.......
Perfect Stay
Spent a few nights here on Spring Break on our way to Marco. We booked based on reviews and the availability of an “apartment”. The front desk staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Lush vegetation and pools, koi ponds etc to wander around and take in. If you’re in one of the apartments you may be lucky enough to score carport parking. The breakfast is served in a tiki bar by one of the pools. Again staff there was very friendly. There is a lot of things within walking distance but the main road is very busy so you may find it easier to drive places. The apartment was a little dated but clean with a screened in balcony. We found it met our needs just fine. The kitchen is well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer and oven/stove. You’ll have everything you need to make a quick lunch or dinner. This hotel is an excellent value and I would highly recommend it.
Perfect in every way
Clean and perfect location located on the west side of RT41. Walk or bike to the beach without needed to cross rt41. We needed a place to stay for 12 days while we waited for our longer term rental to become available. The staff here is outstanding, they have hot breakfast free every morning until 10am. 2 pools and hot tubs The layout is perfect and quite. Rooms are clean and smell fresh. Would highly recommend for price point and everything you get. Unbeatable in Naples!!!
