Excellent! I was very happy by the hotel itself and the suggestions the team gave me about the amenities of the area. I will be back there for sure. Thank you for everything Naples and thank you Hotel Guiren. all the best to the staff!
Very close to train, metro and bus staion.

Hotel Guiren is a perfect place to stay in Napels if your just looking for somewhere to lay your head for the night. If you are going out exploring then this hotel is very suitable. The room had great air conditioning unit and a good working shower. The double bed was two single beds put together, and was not comfortable but done what we needed. The bathroom consisting of a shower cubical, sink, toilet and bidet.Considering we had a balcony onlooking the main road, which is extrememly noisy when the doors were closed it was surprisingly very quiet. Hotel guiren is about 3 minute walk to train, metro and bus stations. The staff that we met were all very friendly and gave information on places to visit and how to get there.
However as per the website, there is no bar and no lift.
Many reviews we read before we went to Napels were saying how terrible the hotel was, but we actually found it fine. And as for the area, well Napels is a beautiful city.Yes there is a lot of grafitti everywhere.Yes it is dirty. And yes there are alot of migrants. But they caused no problem and were either polite upon speaking or kept themselves to themselves.
If you are looking to visit Napels you must look past the dirt and grafitti as it has so much going for it. So many beautiful historic places...Pompii, Herculaneum, Archeological museum, Mount Vesuvius, San Severro chapel, Bourbon tunnels, Royal palace and so much more. We had an amazing holiday,so be open minded and enjoy the beautiful city of Napels

I’ve stayed at this hotel from May 25 to 26 with 2 friends. when we arrived at the hotel, we realized it is in a very badly frequented street/neighborhood, with prostitutes and a lot of dirt. The hotel is also very dirty, with poor hygiene, cracked walls, uncomfortable beds, poor sound insulation and poorly attended. Television and wifi do not work, bathroom floor was cracked and, the sheets have hairs on it and the flush in the toilet was leaking all night. At the checkout, when asked for a complain book, we were informed the only way to present a proper complain is writing a comment on TripAdvisor/Trivago. This hotel does not worth even a star, much less the three by which it is recommenced. I would not recommend spending a night in this hotel!
Doesn't deserve even 1 star!

Depressing, creepy, stinky old place with horrendous padded walls like an asylum!! Situated very close to bus & rail station but it's not a very nice neighbourhood! Walls so thin that you can hear everything from the corridor & adjoining rooms, people smoking in the corridors & loitering around both inside & around the lobby. Lumpy mattress, pathetic pillows & please dont bother to waste your money on breakfast, it is horrible, unless you like stale bread rolls, rotten fruit on display & they dont even have fresh milk for your coffee.
If I have to say something good then it will be about the night receptionist who was so friendly & smiley.
WORST PLACE TO STAY

Terrible hotel, worse than a B&B. I would give this hotel no stars. It is not very clean inside or outside. This hotel allows anyone to just walk in and up to the rooms.
During my stay I was given 1 key for the room, which seemed to work some of the time. The lock on our room door seemed to also have an issue. While in our room we were given sheets with tiny little holes. If you tried to close the window you would still hear the noise coming from outside, which seemed to be almost the whole night. The room itself is very old, outdated and not very clean. There isn’t an in room safe. Although I wouldn’t trust my belongings there anyways. There is wifi but very slow.
The hotel breakfast included some stale bread and buns, Nutella packets, some cookies, hard boiled eggs and dry cereal. If you asked you could get 1 croissant and 1 cappuccino per person.
The hotel is located very close to the metro and sky train station which I though was a plus. But once you step outside the hotel door there are refugees all over the streets immediately outside the hotel selling their wares and they allow these refugees to come in and out of the hotel as they please.
I had booked 4 nights in this hotel but I had to check out early because of safety reasons. When checking out instead of charging me the city taxes for the actual time I stayed I was charged for all 4 nights. The man who checked us out did not even ask why we wanted to check out early he smiled happily as we were leaving.
If you have booked this hotel, I recommend you find any other hotel at all in Naples. This street and area in Naples is also not a very clean or safe street to be staying on. I would recommend you to get your money back and book a better hotel.
