My first time in Naples and only for one night. The hotel was tricky to find and not many taxi drivers knew the published address, however they all knew the main road and junction close by so perhaps use that.
The hotel is a great boutique place tucked away and the entrance may put people off but once inside it’s great.
Well decorated and the rooms are equipped well.
All the front desk staff were extremely helpful at all times.
I would definitely stay here again if in Naples!
Just avoid a room behind reception as the noise does come through.
EXCELLENT in every way

This hotel gets everything right.
The rooms are super, super clean and spacious, with all of the amenities that you could need:
- An iron and board is provided on request.
- WiFi works well, as does the hairdryer.
- You are supplied with the basic amenities that you need in the bathroom, and a kettle and tea in your room.
- The bed/pillows were very comfortable and the curtains were blackout. I had an excellent sleep and did not have any noise whatsoever.
- The location is excellent - a 1 min walk to a main shopping street, with many international shops like H&M or Zara. A great base for exploring Naples - also a 6 min walk to a metro station, and around 10-15 mins to the port.
It it also not a long drive to the airport, but be careful with taxi drivers - my husband had Google Maps open and noticed that our driver was taking a very long route to the hotel from the airport, deliberately. When we called him out on this, he pretended that he was lost (he clearly knew what he was doing). Make sure to keep an eye on Google Maps if you use a taxi from the airport.
- Great breakfast with a good range of choice.
Now on to the service. I found the staff to be really excellent, in particular Danielo, who helped us with our luggage as we were leaving (the lift was out of order). As other reviewers have mentioned, you do need 10 cents to use the lift and the hotel is on the second floor, however I am sure the staff will help you with bags if you need it. The 10 cents for the lift is really the only bad thing to be said about this hotel, but it is a really a very minor thing. Thank you Danielo for being so lovely and kind every day.
So, so happy that we booked this hotel. It is truly excellent and we are considering staying here again on our last night in Italy before we fly back.
Things you must know about this hotel

Let's start with the good. The room was large and modern. The concierge was very polite and helpful, always with a smile.
The location is also great.
And now the rest.
First of all, this hotel consists of a floor inside a condominium. This was not disclosed anywhere in the website, reservation, or welcome email. There are no signs or obvious markings to indicate the entrance, other than a tiny sign right in front of the door which is invisible from a distance because it is behind the tables of a nearby pizzeria. We booked directly from the hotel website and there were no instructions on how to find it.
Second, the hotel is not wheelchair accessible. There are two steps right at the entrance without a ramp. A person in a wheelchair (or with heavy suitcases) will have troubles.
Third, right by the door you're welcomed by the building's recycling bins, in a dark, dingy entrance. The marble floors, possibly beautiful once, are stained and dirty. The paint of the walls looks like an unfinished job.
Fourth, there should be a building "portiere" or concierge, but he seems to only work during office hours, and he takes a long lunch break, so if you arrive during the weekend or in the evening, you're on your own.
Fifth, make sure that you have a 10 cents of euros coin in your purse, because you'll need it to use the elevator. Yes, that's right, to get to this supposedly 4 stars hotel you've to pay for the elevator. The hotel is one floor up, but it takes four flights of stairs to get there since the ceiling of the ground floor are very high. Try to do that with suitcases after a long trip.
Also, even when we checked out with the bags, the hotel never offered the 10cts for the elevator.
Sixth, the coffee (and cappuccino and anything else with coffee) at breakfast was terrible. I did not know it would be possible to have such a bad coffee in Naples. The rest of the breakfast items were just ok.
Once we entered the hotel "proper", it was fine, but anyone who books this hotel should know about how it is situated. We won't be back.
Really great hotel with convenient access to so much!

I stayed here very recently (August 2021) and it was such a pleasure. The hotel rooms are really spacious, modern, very clean and well kept, and the service by the staff is really excellent. We arrived a bit earlier than the actual check out time and were provided our room anyway within about 15 mins.
The hotel is not huge, only about 20 rooms I believe? But it was really perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was great. The hotel was located down a small street from the main larger street which made the area we were in a bit quieter than the surrounding parts. There was immediate access to a shopping area with every kind of shop you might need, some amazing food nearby in the Spanish Quarter which was within a maybe 10 min walk, and the information provided by the staff was great. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Napoli!
Final note/tip, when you enter the hotel, it's down a small street behind a few restaurants, etc. reminder that the reception is up two flights of stairs from the ground floor. You'll see huge glass doors and the reception from there. It will look like a slightly empty building on the ground floor, but no worries! Just walk up two floors!
Excellent in so many ways!

Excellent location, room and service by Fabio and Mario - two true gentlemen. We finished our honeymoon in the Amalfi Coast with one night in Naples and this was a great place to do it. Central, clean and a good breakfast. If we return to Naples, this place is where we will be staying.
