This is not a hotel. Is a b&b or a room rental with no 24h reception or any hotel service - not even a bathroom for you to change whenever you arrive. The wifi did not work in any of the 3 days - which is a major problem in Naples, since major Attractions must be reserved online. The breakfast is composed by only processed and packed items, and served in a narrow 3 tables only. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, refurbished and new. The host is very nice.

Sweet B&B in a good location

Reviewed 14 august, 2019

My partner and I visited the hotel for a long weekend back in March 2019. This is a sweet boutique B&B located in a quiet area of Naples just by the seafront. Pros: - Rooms are very small but are kept clean and have nice furnishings - We really liked the location – it was just by the seafront and a short walk to the really trendy area of Chiaia where there lots of cool bars and restaurants. It was really lively around this area in the evenings full of young locals and we loved it! We didn’t like the Old Town area which is where most tourists tend to stay and where we were felt a lot safer! - The front desk staff were very smiley and helpful and helped us to book taxi’s as and when we needed to - The hotel is very close by to one of the best visitor attractions in Naples (in my opinion), Galleria Borbonica. Would definitely recommend visiting this! Cons: - Difficult to get in and out of the building. The key for the main door into the building is really difficult to use but there is only someone on reception until 7pm every day so if you get locked out in the evening, you will struggle to get in! - Whilst the complimentary breakfast is very cute, there was not much choice at all. There was a choice of cereal, toast or a variety of pastries and although very tasty, quite a limited offering. The breakfast area was also very charming but very very tiny and cramped. - Unfortunately we had a problem with our bathroom during our stay – the shower door was broken and half of it was missing so the bathroom got flooded every time we used it. We decided not to mention this to the hotel staff though as we figured we were only there for 3 nights so could make do. I’m sure they would have moved us if we complained but it just didn’t seem worth it once we had put all of our things in there. - The road outside the hotel was very busy and could therefore be very noisy with cars hooting their horns at each other (which happens A LOT in Naples ;) ) - Internet really wasn't great. It kept dropping out for us so we barely used the wifi here. Overall, we had a very pleasant short stay - thank you!

Naples Surprise

A very small Boutique Hotel. Great Location, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, friendly staff, parking around the corner, 5 minutes walk from the shore promenade. Nice neighborhood with a mixture of old and modern caffes and fashion shops.

Brilliant modern hotel

Reviewed 25 august, 2018

After searching for hours on TripAdvisor for a hotel in Naples we finally stumbled upon this one. It is only a small Hotel but it is in, by far, the best part of Naples. It's a 2min walk to a load of brilliant restaurants on the sea front. The receptionist pointed us towards these. The staff are lovely and friendly. The rooms are very modern and sparklingly clean. The bathroom likewise. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Naples.
